Well I'm glad to see that everything worked out fine. I now live with my son and grandchildren and that makes 5 or 6 if you count his girlfriend and I believe that tent would be excellent for us camping plus we have five hammocks so I believe we are set up with everything except a stove. So now the next step is to get what we need and then the hardest step will be getting everyone to work together. I have a UA-cam channel that I accidentally set up and also have seven followers and I have never put out a video so I believe I may video our first setup and call it the dysfunctional camping family, it would have to be hilarious because only my son knows half as much as I do. I will let you know if I decide to do that. Thanks for the update on the one Tigris and stove, excellent choice.
What a hugely helpful and informative video. Thank you so much for this latest installment giving your time tested final impression on both the tent and the stove. For sometime I have been on the fence about investing in the OneTigris Cozy Shack - after having some incredible leaking issues with another OneTigris tent (the Outback Retreat). But I’m very encouraged by your experience with the Cozy Shack. And I very much like the size and versatility of that particular model. As you say, it tends to fill the bill in so many respects. So I think I’ll stop “analyzing the analysis” and go ahead and get one. Really do appreciate your video review here. And the outtakes that had me laughing out loud! Blessings to you from Indiana.
I will buy one and make some modifications: add 40 cm all around the tent with onetigris tarp cut it with the dimensions needed. So it will be higher 40 cm and the 2 low poles will be up and this give a bigger space inside and you can move freely.
I love this tent but..... My seamseal tape is pulling loose. Maybe from the stoves heat not sure. I pulled it all off and used paint on seamsealer inside and out.
Why not use a branch from a spruce to clean up the stove pipes? Helsport has a 6.5cm pipe and that seems to be working fine and i've used all kind of fuel for the stove for at least 3-4 years and never used a special chimney brush. Another thing is the material of the pipe. I haven't verified it but heard from multiple firsthand sources that e.g stainless and titanium tube tends to soot less than some pipes thich are painted? black on many chinese stoves. The black ones tend to soot so much that they fill up overnight.
What an awesome review! The drone shot of the long tree shadows was incredible!!
Awesome review! I just got mine last week. You have 2 of the best videos on this hot tent on you tube! Thank you!👍🏻
I appreciate that!
