For the gold leaf i use school glue or mod podge and i apply the gold leaf right after i spread some and works great!that resin tray turned out so gorgeous, those tw were my absolute favs ❤❤
🎉HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024🎉I think that's brilliant cool of you to share such beautiful pieces that I can enjoy doing. Hahahaha I'm skipping by HomeGoods,TJ Max, Marshalls for decor of my home etc. BLESS YOU
I love your projects !! Very upscale, definitely going to make some if not all !! Glad I stumbled a cross your channel!! thank you for sharing!! ❤ from Canada
I absolutely love all your creations. I disagree with the snowman look. It is beautiful. I think that piece would also look amazing as a wall hanging. Great job!!!!
Shared. Happy New Year Angela! The resin from DT worked nice- I'm impressed with that. I may have to try some. All of your projects are amazing, great job!
My favorite is the black candle holder; however, I am sure my cats would destroy in record time. Love that you have a vice. I agree with you about minimal floral arrangments. The ring floral could have supported a larger base and can also be used at an event on the welcome table.
When doing resin projects that have potentially flammable items, you can spritz the surface using a spray bottle that has isopropyl alcohol (aka: rubbing alcohol). Just a few spritz will pop the bubbles. Note, only use this technique when popping bubbles on what will end up being the backside/underside because it can sometimes leave an oil-slick look after the resin cures.
I find that doing a thin layer of resin and let it get tacky then place the flowers ....it helps to keep them in place better but once u place u cannot move and then pour the last layer on top. If adding fouls stickers paper or plastics do not cure in a resin oven some of the items may curl or just destroy your entire creation
@@angelajonesdiy yes.. add a layer and let dry 30ish minutes (or if impatient like me I use the heat gun or blow dryer lol ) then it will be tacky and not wet and the possibility is endless!
Thank you that makes me so happy! Of course here is the link I’ll add it to my description box. TBTEEK Kitchen Torch, Fit All... www.amazon.com/dp/B07PFVN7WL?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Aileens has a tack it over and over glue that would work (same maker as tacky glue). Zig and Tombo makes 2way glue that would also work. Don't know if any of those would be cheaper than what your using, but worth checking. Also, where did you get the florals for the tray? These all would be great in dark and moody decore!
Thanks I’ll have to check out some of those glues. I got the florals from Amazon. Nuanchu Real Dried Pressed... www.amazon.com/dp/B08CNBD37K?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I try to sell them. I have a website but I only list the projects that I think will hold up in shipping. I actually just removed a lot of stuff that was listed to donate because I had no room left to store them. Some I keep and display in my home but I’m always switching out my decor with new things that I make. It’s like a constant game shuffling things around
Please make sure you wear PPA when crafting with Resin. And make sure if you are in your house to have great ventilation or mix and craft with an open window and exhaust fan. My lungs are damaged from making Epoxy cups for 3 years. Also wear a mask with MICA since it will enter and damage the lungs as well.
Love how high-end these look!😯
Beautiful! It looks elegant. 😀👍👍👍👍
That’s really a beautiful vase….🩷
Felicitation madame c'est vraiment très jolie jaime bcp ❤❤❤🥰👍👍👍

Great job! They all turned out beautiful!! ❤
These were all gorgeous! ❤
Love the topiary idea. Truly something I haven’t seen before. Gave me some great ideas. Thx!
Beautiful😊
BEAUTIFUL
Your trinket tray is stunning!
You are correct... As soon as you apply the tacky glue you should immediately apply the gold leaf
I absolutely love all your creations. I disagree with the snowman look. It is beautiful. I think that piece would also look amazing as a wall hanging. Great job!!!!
How creative and beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
I love your diys thanks for sharing with the tacky glue I apply it when it’s wet I also used school glue and mod podge also wet
Thank you! I will definitely try it again and remember to apply the gold leaf with the glue still wet 🥰
HOW long do u wait before adding the gold leaf ? (Immediately)????or do u give it a minute????
Never mind... Sounds self explained 😂
You can also just use a heat gun to pop the bubbles in resin instead of a torch.😊 Everything came out so cute!!❤
Your projects are excellent ❤
You are so creative! I really love the last project, you have inspired me 🖤
Happy New Year. Your tray turned out beautiful. Great DIY's to start off the New Year.
You can always hang something on the top ring of the floral ring, maybe raindrops made of hot gleu on fishing line
Shared. Happy New Year Angela! The resin from DT worked nice- I'm impressed with that. I may have to try some. All of your projects are amazing, great job!
Happy new year! The tray turned out so good, love the colors you used! The three rings are awesome, great job!💕💕💕
Beautiful Angela! Loved them all! Happy New Year!

For the electrical tape you could also use a floral tape or washie tape with glue to cover the connectors
Happy New Year Angela🎉. Love all of your projects. #3 is so unique! Great job!

Try Tackit over and over it is better than tacky glue but it needs to dry and will dry clear and may take 2 coats.
Looks amazing all projects..
May I ask where you got the gold leaf
Thank you! I got the gold leaf from hobby lobby
Thank you
What size are the embrodie hoops? Love the pillar candle holder. Thanks.
I used a 13” embroidery hoop

You can use tack it for the foil also .. that’s what I use .. add a thin layer, let dry and then add foil!
Ok so that is a glue you let dry as well?

I always learn so much from watching your videos!!! Can you give us a link for the heat tool you used with the resin?
Thank you that makes me so happy! Of course here is the link I’ll add it to my description box.

They are all great projects! I am curious as to why you can’t say pause for pitties though????
What are you spraying after you glue?

Okay, this may be a stupid question, but what do you do with all the beautiful projects you make? Keep them, sell them?
I try to sell them. I have a website but I only list the projects that I think will hold up in shipping. I actually just removed a lot of stuff that was listed to donate because I had no room left to store them. Some I keep and display in my home but I’m always switching out my decor with new things that I make. It’s like a constant game shuffling things around
After applying super glue what do you spray on it???😁
It is an accelerator which dries the glue instantly. I love it!
My granddaughter is having an outdoor wedding in April and doesn't have an isle marker, I think your ring topiary would be perfect.

Next time use 91% alcohol spritz spray to pop bubbles in trays or silicone molds. Torches will burn molds
Thanks for the tip! I’ve heard of that method
Oil takes sticky right off
Tape would hold the hoops in place until the e6000 cured.
That's not how tacky glue is used.yes it drys
