My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this. ♥

Hi! If you have mercury amalgam (regular silver) fillings in your mouth, then this could be the cause to your panic attacks as well as some other toxins. Best is to check this out with the naturapath who uses EDS and replace all the silver fillings safely with white fillings at the holistic/biological dentist office. I love the sound of waves! I am only nine and I have to do a project on where u have to choose a sound then draw on a pice of paper on how that makes u feel! but theres a catch u have to make ur picture seem like something else like just rain or something, and guess what I chose .... waves!

The part of the video where the text "Romantic Dinner for Two" pops up was shot along Highway 44 about 2-3 km northeast of Paraiso, Dominican Republic. I can't speak for the rest of the video. But I would guess it's all the same island. There is a photo posted on Google Earth that is nearly identical to the framing in the video. It's taken at the same overlook spot on the cliff.
So relaxing helped me sleep and relax for portfolio day . I feel so chill
