This waterfall is 160 miles south of San Francisco, California along beautiful US Highway 1. Watch how the sunset becomes intense about 02:40:00 into the video. McWay Creek drops 84 ft. off a cliff onto the beach nestled in a pretty little cove. You cannot get down onto the scenic beach as the cliffs are too crumbly and dangerous to descend. McWay Falls is located at Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park.
I will not be able to be at the beach for awhile because of having to be in a wheelchair but im really looking forward to this summer to walk again and run with my grandsons at the beach God is good thank you for a beautiful and inspiring video to look at.
The blue water rushing to the shore, that adorable little waterfall, the music of the sea...my tension is easing as I watch and listen. Thank you Lord, for such beauty and MoneySavingVideos for sharing. Great for meditation and getting away even when you can't. Wonderful escape....
Man, thank you. This is what I've been looking for. No annoying intros or credit sequences, no watermarks, no cuts, no loops.. top work. Thank you. SUBSCRIBED.
The water is so blue! I've only seen that in Mexico. When I read it was in (or near) Big Sur, it made me so happy! (being a CA girl) I haven't been to Big Sur since the '60's, and was actually thinking of it today! Thank you so much for posting this. It is very beautiful. Peace and many blessings to you!
Love the waterfalls and the sound of the beautiful water love nature that's all that I love to watch on here it's all about the beautiful nature and waterfalls and ocean and the beach it's just so beautiful I love it thank you for sharing your video 💜💙❤💚💖
This thing saved me. For many months I played this and my baby son would sleep with only a little cry. Without this and other white noise? Forget it!!!!
As a kid back in the late 60's ....we used to be able to go down to that beach. I understand there is no longer public access to the beach...not safe. Brings back magical and mythical memories. We'd sit there fir hours. Thank you for the post.
So very lovely...many thanks! Was born in San Francisco and miss it a lot...nothing as beautiful as that drive on Rte 1, and haven't seen a more beautiful water video than this....Hearts!
I live in the Bay Area so I often drive to this location to "get away". I always dream to be able to go down and feel the sand. However, as much as I wish I could do that, I'm also glad that you cannot so that the pristine nature of this slice of paradise can stay exactly as it is. Its meant to be left alone. :)
I love this video! It's natural, beautiful, without any annoying watermarks, rapid changes nor is it a loop of an actual 10-minute video. No, its THIS place changing in real-time. Keep up the good work!
Meresortsitar Yeah, those looped ones are annoying... "10 hours of ocean waves" (actually 2 minutes, looped...). When I saw the "sunset blah blah" comment, I was immediately intrigued! Yay for REAL videos.
Beautiful! Which camera did you use? I know an amazing region in Brasil, with almost 100 waterfalls... "Alto Paraiso de Goias" 3h30 by car from Brasilia Capital. Look on facebook for "Estrada Ecologia Humana" that's a tour agency where the owner is a yoga master, Ronald Lyrio! But don't delay because Monsanto is destroying the amazing forest of the region: the incredible Cerrado! Namaste! ( our planet is amazing, but the homo sapiens is a terrible virus! we are destroying in the last 200 years that our planet created through billions of years! )
WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!! This is breathtaking.....so happy I live in Cali, finally finally figured out what I'm doing for my 40th bday!!!! Big Sur, here I come!!!
Thank you, thank you for posting. I run a dual screen at work and leave it running on one...total stress reliever to be able to watch a piece of, with sound no less, my absolute favorite stretch of Hwy. 1...from Big Sur up thru the Carmel Highlands.
I love this Video very much...it puts me in the Picture so close to Nature and the Healing Ocean, God do'es wonderful things in the World! I lost my Best friend my Sister 2mths ago...I am pretty sad every day I will never hear my phone ring when she calls me, at least once a week! She always sends me a card right before a Special day comes along like Easter soon! She would have sent a card already in mail! I will miss that very much! She was one of a kind of sister you just had to love, She always had her funny ways of doing things...like disappearing before you got to her house! But, that was Dotty! RIP... love always your sister Kathy!!💗💕💖💟❤💝💞💔❤💙💚💛💜😪😇
Thank you ! I was surprised to recognize this place ! I was driving by this beautiful waterfall in 2010 on my way from South California to Washington state. I still have pictures of this place and have good memories of my trip.
I Love this this Beautiful Beach with ocean waves. This makes a great screen saver when you make it Full screen and this ocean sound work great for loud Tinnitus (which is a loud ringing in the ears) Helps to mask and cover up the ringing noise in the ears.
Very beautiful I had a very stressful stressful day my anxiety up the roof. And this is truly relaxing thank u the picture is beautiful I adore waterfalls
Lived in P.G ( graduated from PG High back in '71) & Monterey for quite a bit of my life, off & on. Had to retire 'cause of a bum ticker so I couldn't afford to live there anymore. I've visited all but three of the United States , lived in two foreign countries, visited about dozen more of 'em. Nothing tugs at my heartstrings more than seeing the portion of Highway 1 from Pacific Grove/Monterey south to Hearst Castle. California's last redeeming grace.
Last time I was at that beach we had some really clean fresh acid and spent the day playing on the beach and building sculptures out of 'beach stuff' One of the best days ever!
So I was taking a nap on the couch listening to my rain videos and I woke up and this beautiful beautiful video was on my TV laid on the couch listen to it and fell back asleep😛
I love your video. It is my favorite to watch/listen to when I want to relax. I even put it on when I'm writing bills and balancing my checkbook. It is so beautiful. Thank you so much for posting it. I love the glow from sunset. Thank you that this is not a repeat of the same 10 minute section over and over for 3 hours. I just love this.
This is awesome! I'd like to have a house attached to the rocks and a private beach like this one, super view and free pure water to drink from the fall falling onto my washing in a tumble, turning naturally without electricity nor chemicals, real paradise
This exact scene is part of a package of background beach scenes that came with my Windows 8 . I now know where this is and that the waterfall is real. Thanks for that.
I absolutely love this video. I watch it at least twice a week, sometimes more. Thank you for providing such such an inspiring view and details of this amazing site.
I'm so happy i found this☺ a dream of mine to see one day. I've been up the coast but I'm not sure how I missed McWay Falls. I have a picture of this very scene on my wall😍😍😍😍 thank you!
Thankyou for thus gorgeous video. Watching it on my bigscreen T.v. I feel like I am really there. The changing light as the 3 hours pass is the best part as more and more detsils sharpen in thst late afternoon light. Absolutely LOVE!!
Greetings MSV: used to live on the CA coast, and made our way out to Pfieffer many times. Now living in Korea, and this well-done video helps us remember the beauty of the area. Captured a few short videos myself, but wish I had the foresight to do exactly what you did. Thanks - and please keep sharing the beauty. Cheers from Korea - M3
I love this beach. Used to go here and Carmel beach often. Just a bit North on this same beach you can find purple sand during certain times of the year.
@@JeffDeWitt Yellowstone, Glacier, Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Zion, (half of Utah is Nat'l or State Parkland), Everglades, Okefenokee, The Inland Waterway, Devils' Tower, Badlands. I quit playing International Tourist 'cause I hadn't visited my own country near as much as the other parts of the world.
THANK YOU so much for posting a long-play view of one of my favorite places on the planet! (And for taking the time to explain the details about it to newbies.) The last time I was here a napping sea otter was bobbing in the turquoise surf. :-))))) I would add that the sandy beach here is still "new". McWay Falls once fell into the sea here, but after a landslide a couple of decades ago around the headland to the north, the tidal currents carried the sand & sediments into this little cove, creating this magical (and thankfully off-limits) beach. No encroachment by loud & selfish idiots, just sand and waves. :-)
I love the sounds of the ocean and this does a good job of replicating it but nothing matches actually being there. Sadly, I cannot be at the beach all of the time so I listen to channels like this while I study or work at my desk. Thanks for the nice addition.
Thank you so much for this video! It is so soothing, so powerful, so beautiful! Thank you for sharing your art with us, and without besmirching it with a visible logo, title, or signature. I love the sound, the light, the framing, the mystery of what is beyond the borders of the image. Wonderful!
you know there's no one I rather be with then you my lover Mike just holding hands and listen to the rushing sounds of the ocean and the breeze in through our hair it's I soft too Mimi
Wow. I love Pfieffer Beach, never knew this was there. You must have had to do a bit of climbing. Love the real-time aspect. Everything made watching this feel as if I were perched on the rocks. Thank you for reminding me of home.
In my den I sit looking above I see a tree with another bigger tree in front I repeat in my imagination putting each time a bigger tree in front forming a ladder of trees wow its a stunning ladder of trees, why does people envy the beauty of nature?
Loved the episode and the three stars .. you two who are a super core and your beautiful seaworthy vessel make for a fine trio 😊...Having a captain Until your seasoned and confident in things is totally smart and acceptable. I played this during the entire afternoon while at work hustling and bustling. It kept me calm and at peace. A thousand thanks!
I have ADHD and it is almost impossible to get anything done....this is like magic and had helped me to get ALL my work done.
Same here! It really grounds me and allows me to focus , my ADHD has a cryptonite and it's this !
I LOVE THE SOUND OF OCEANS, WATERFALLS AND ALL THE SCENERY. GOD'S CREATION IS MAJESTIC AND RELAXING. THANKS!!

Lol. It really does!
I agree with you this video is so beautiful I can fall asleep. Especially, in peace.

As if it could be anymore beautiful but while visiting the park you can witness the rare sightings of the California Condors. LOVE this spot.
As a kid back in the late 60's ....we used to be able to go down to that beach. I understand there is no longer public access to the beach...not safe. Brings back magical and mythical memories. We'd sit there fir hours. Thank you for the post.
You are correct about no public access to the beach.
What a beautiful little beach, keep on loving you beach and it will love you and the ocean will too, I love the way the ocean kisses the beach
Thank you VERY much for posting this video with zero advertising on the screen. It’s beautiful and it will be enjoyed often.
Playing this with some instrumental relaxation music in the background is heavenly. I could spend hours listening to this.
I love the natural white noise. its great for drowning out outside sounds when your studying.
Ah nothing like a good old beach and the water with a nice relaxing book ❤️❤️❤️💖😊😀😄😃

@@FXSPORT1 No it's not looped! Watch the sound on the left how it moves!
Great for at desk meditation. I really like the actual 3 hour progression of the light.
A person could have a nice ocean swim and then take a shower ;) Very pretty video.
