Today we soak up 3 hours of beach meditation on one of the world's best beaches. Welcome to Meads Bay on the Caribbean island of Anguilla. A huge bay that sparkles in a million shades of blue, Meads Bay's waters are some of the most luminous in the Caribbean.
This beautiful beach is completely unmarked by reef or coral. The bay's sandy bottom stretches for miles out to sea. The result? Sparkling, clear waters that ripple in a myriad of sea greens and aquamarine 🤗🤗🤗
