Your videos really started my dive into knowledge of all the ins and outs of pressure/soft washing. Truly I enjoy doing it and it never feels like work to me so I am blessed! Hi Austin, I live in Mi and I’m just trying to get started on my own and I was wondering if you had information on chemicals to use and ratios for that. Since I’m just starting I don’t have a truck and the big stuff I just have a 4400 PSI 4GPM pressure washer. Any advise would be so great!
So this is me and my business partners first real season with our company. We have one larger commercial job under a belt that we landed through family and friends with nearly no professional experience last fall along with 3 or so residential jobs. This year we have started to see what spending money on marketing through Facebook can do and it has given us a handful of leads (about 10) and we haven’t landed but 1 so far. We don’t have many reviews and although we have the skill and equipment we don’t have the reviews on our social media. How do you guys go about quoting through Facebook leads/messages? Are we charging too much as a new company at .15¢-.18¢ per sq ft. for a house wash? should we undercut some of the bigger companies around us to get more jobs under our belt or stick to our prices considering we deliver the same quality level services? We are in the Charlotte NC area for reference. We have a minimum of $250 for any work as well.
Austin, does Sean help with getting GMB out of suspension? Mine was suspended for “suspicious activity” and after sending them dba paperwork and pictures they still won’t lift suspension! I’m here in Georgetown/Round Rock area and just got some yard signs but someone in area in pulling them quick
Hey Nathan, I can help! So sometimes Google will not show your reviews if they seem to be irregular. So let's say you do a bunch of jobs for a week, then send all of your customers a link at once they likely will not appear. Outside of that if you're getting more than you usually get, that could also be an issue.

File a DBA or “doing business as” with your state’s SCC. Some states call it a “Fictitious Name”
