Woodbury Heights Dwelling Fire - 7/28/2019

  • Woodbury Heights, NJ - Station 15-1 dispatched for the Dwelling fire reported on the 400 block of Poplar Ave. at around 08:15hrs. Upon dispatch, FD officer in the area, asked to have the assignment immediately upgraded to a working fire, due to a column of smoke present from that area. Upon arrival, fire from the attached garage was seen making it's way into the dwelling. Units from Woodbury (Station 5-1), Deptford (Oak Valley Station 9-1) Wenonah (Station 13-1) as well as assistance from East Greenwich (Station 19-1) and West Deptford (Thorofare Station 6-1) all worked in placing the fire under control. Currently, at the time of this publication, no injuries were reported and the incident is under investigation by Woodbury Height's Fire Marshal's Office.

    You know they make salvage tarps just for covering things that you don't want to get water damaged or all sooty. Like maybe a Vette.

    Woodbury Heights is the best municipality in the whole of Gloucester County.
