@@shannonseeley1710 I have not..didn't know she had albums. I will definitely check them out. I love her blusey singing. With Scary Pockets it is not over produced and harmonized, just some great sounding people singing and playing instruments.

Judith Hill is an Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Janis Joplin, Prince and god knows what else Frankenstein creation. I love the grit in her voice and her choices are flawless. She should be selling out stadiums.

Love how this started out slow and low key, but the groove could not be denied until it blew up into full blown stank. Judith Hill has an amazing voice.
I know she has been around a while, but I just discovered her. She is now my very favorite singer, blows me away, style, power, perfect pitch and rhythm, fabulous energy.

Ryan’s sparse, choice licks in the background are the unsung hero of this take. The note choice, the timing, the feel, everything. If I came up with just one of those, I’d be stoked. What he’s doing is deceptively tricky because he could move from the back to the front for too long, but he doesn’t! Just amazing.

With a playback speed of 1.25, it comes closer to the original Aerosmith tempo. Sounds very nice and funky both ways.
If you change the speed right about the 2:30 point, it leads into the guitar solo really nicely.

Are you a drummer? Let me teach you the trick. Put a piece of paper -- a regular old piece of paper -- right down on the snare head. Add a few, take a few away, depending. Tune the drum down. Loosen the snares a bit. You're welcome.
