Hi Jeff, I`m a clickbar owner and did experience multiple teething issues with Bar initially with regards to the plastic used for the V-Distributor and the PU tube but after replacement works like a charm. (i blame bad QC - Mass Production) 100% agree with most of your feedback but i would like to comment about the depower indicator, which has proven to be quite useful to view its position prior to launching the kite, specially self-launch in windy conditions. The Bar requires a bit of maintenance, but it feels like driving a "Rolls Royce" on the water, as advertised, no need to worry about twisted center lines ever and depower at hand on gusty conditions.
it seems like the click depower is the same as pushing the bar away from you and leaving you riding totally stretched out. am i missing something here?
this is for the rich ... sorry but kiteboarding is a money making thing now just like scuba diving ... i buy old kites and fix everything myself ... bars .rips in my kite ect ... if your wealthy shure waste your money lol but ill stick to old school cheap skate kiting ... remember for those with money who is starting kiteboarding its not the gear that makes you good its the kiter
kite boarding IS for the rich it seems but everyone can do it, i fly 2008 best waroos that i bought off ebay. i got an 11m 13m 15m and a liquid force cpr 2012 bar all my kite gear cost me less then $500.00 Dont cheap on the board though. good board WILL cost $300+
