Good recipe ! Thank you ! I did cook my quail eggs in vinegar water fir 10 min !!! The peeling was a breeze after they cooled down in cold water . Try it , it works ! Good job on your video , greetings from Florida .
I do the same as you. Cool the eggs then shake. And try to peel as much off with each grab. Good job. Thank you for the recipe & how to video. My father was raised in Louisiana & I love the Cajun seasonings.
Hello! Good question. Most fresh farm eggs will keep at least 2 weeks unwashed on your counter. I would say 3 weeks in fridge. But if you pickle them, they last much longer!
They smelled so good
Thank you!
Great recipe and video!
Thanks
Makin them tomorrow
Great. Let me know how they turn out. Hope you enjoy.

Oh man I made picked quail eggs for the first time tonight and I'm impressed with how easy it is
Glad you found it easy. The hardest part is to remove the shells I found.

Good afternoon. In your estimation, how long would unwashed refrigerated eggs last stay edible? Thanks from central Texas

You get a gold star for peeling all those eggs.
Thank you Wendy. I am starting to do it faster. The first jar took me a while a few weeks ago...
Steaming quail eggs makes them peel much easier. Soon as they are done steaming, plunge in ice water till completely cool. Much easier.
Thanks for the tip!
I find peeling while warm works best.
Also crack the fat end before boiling.
After mine are boiled I run cold water on them running the hot water out them lower the water level in pan and add ice and bacon soda
Nice tip! Thanks for sharing!
