You are so welcome. I have another one coming out tomorrow on rice and beans actually. And did pickle some eggs a few weeks ago. It was a nice recipe I really enjoy. Get the jars now that they are available. They were hard to find last year!
And I would store more than just pasta. My stores here are pretty low in rice, flower, sugar, even salt. Anything dry can be put in jars and vacuum sealed.
I would recommend to use very clean jars. For this video, they were new jars that I just washed with soap and water. Otherwise, to sanitize the jars, put them in the oven at 220F for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
You can follow this methods and just do a few jars for you, depending on how much pasta you eat on a regular basis. If you do not have a vacuum sealer, you can use oxygen absorbers or dry can following this video ua-cam.com/video/MuwVagYzVAY/v-deo.html

Hi! I just vacuum sealed here. But it does not hurt to add an oxygen absorber for additional safety.
If you don’t have the vacuum sealer can’t you just add some oxygen absorbers and Viola done ?
