I WISH I could get more Guests to understand this. When people ask, "Where is the best place to dine at MK?", I invariably reply with, "Leaving the park and hitting a loop resort". Same goes for EPCOT if the Festival isn't getting it done AND Hollywood Studios with the BWV, BCV, YCV, RIV and CBR only STEPS away! Animal Kingdom Park day? Hit Animal Kingdom LODGE for dinner! Oh well. I shouldn't promote this TOO much. I like my resort dining as quiet as it currently is!!
My mom and I have a tradition of afternoon tea for my birthday every 5 years, and we're planning to go to Disney for my 35th in a couple of years. I'm so excited to hear Cake Bake Shop is going to be a second option! Not that I don't expect Grand Floridian tea room to re-open, but I'm taking so many notes on where to take my family - they're letting me plan everything AND paying for it all!
Great job on the videos as always but I think you might repeat Cape May Cafe 6.5/10 on 15:56 which should have been Beaches and Cream 9/10. Despite of the flaw great video!
Me and my partner recently stayed at Port Orleans Riverside and we went to all the restaurants there! The jambalaya in the food court was great, but the one at Boatwright's was amazing! I have a seafood allergy and theirs has shrimp in it so I got the vegetarian jambalaya and OH MY GOODNESS you couldn't even tell it was meatless with all the flavor! It also helps that I LOVE mushrooms and this dish had a lot of them. Really great if you're staying there, but as AJ said, not really worth a trip unless you just happen to love vegetarian jambalaya.
I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and finally feel compelled to comment on behalf of Chef Mickey’s. It is not the best food but the character breakfast/brunch is quintessential Disney World. I think it’s a great way to start a Disney day, especially if you’re staying at the Contemporary with younger kids. Also, the food offerings at Animal Kingdom Lodge are some of our favorites. AKL is almost un-Disney and Disney at the same time (in a good way)
We dined at Sanaa on our last visit and we loved it! The bread with the sauces was a must. I ordered the veggies with shrimp but was brought the one with the chicken. The waiter brought me a bowl of shrimp, so I got to eat 2 for one. It was sooooo good! Then we went up to the shop where I got the zembra domes (4 in the pack). Shared it with my family and I wish I brought 2 packs. Of course, looking outside our window at the birds was pretty cool then going outside with my 2 year old grandnephew who loved the animals! Also, ate at Sabastion's and the food was so good and they were careful with my sister's allergy.
What time did your family eat at Sanaa? My family and I will be eating dinner at Sanaa for the first time in October. My mom really wants to see the animals while we eat and I want to make sure we reserve a good time, where we'll see animals.
Love that shout out to Beaches and Cream. We go every trip we make and right now we cannot get reservations for our trip starting next week which is making me so so sad. The no way Jose is my fav too! AJ, you are rating all these restaurants the exact same way I would and have learned so much from your vlogs. I feel so prepared for our upcoming trip.
Thanks for giving hoop de doo 10 10, it's one of the best restaurants in WDW, they are memorable and fantastic, is fun, witty and the best way to start a Disney Vacation!!!
Stalking the website for a storybook point reservation... 60 days and there weren't any reservations before 7 pm.... However my kids agreed whispering spring might be a fun alternative.
Thank you for mentioning that Ohana has breakfast in this video. Every other time I’ve heard you talk about it you haven’t included breakfast so I wrongly assumed that they did not have breakfast and I can get the noodles all time of day and made a reservation without researching. I hope this video can help people not make my same dumb mistake.
Just as a note if you order the dinner for 2 at Toledo: Tapas, Steaks, and Seafood you get ONE steak to share...not 2 individual steaks. It's a 34 Oz Bone In Chuleton (Spanish Ribeye) and it is the best steak I've ever eaten on property.
I just ate dinner at whispering canyon cafe for my birthday. A harmonica was played at my table. It was fun but a little embarrassing. The food here is great. We have also stayed at this hotel on most of our trips.
Your very first restaurant blew my mind! Why not have video "windows" of actual 1971 park scenes like: actual opening day, building the park, Nixon. Anything! Put digital jukeboxes on each table. Yes! It's 1971...but, now it's actually cool to hang for awhile. And, eat a steak. Such a shame. I'd go to that "Disney Sizzlers". Great Channel, love it! Thanks
I have eaten at Chef Mickey's twice over the years, including for our daughter's birthday this past June....I have only had 3 bad meals at WDW over the years, and 2 of them were at Chef Mickey's. The quality of the food is terrible....the service is "meh".....and the cost relative to what you get is a disgrace. I love eating at WDW, and have had many wonderful meals and experiences....and I will never set foot in Chef Mickey's again! Be warned!
@@aoneal3723 In he end, it is my personal opinion...we had poor food on our first visit like 5 years ago....and I always said we should try it again, as it is unfair to condemn a place for one poor experience....and our 2nd meal this past June was worse....the food in the family style service was almost inedible, and in spite of them knowing we were there for a birthday, it felt like that were trying to rush us the entire time!
The Turf Club is one of the BEST restaurants on property. Very underrated!!! We had my sister's pre-wedding dinner here and they were so amazing and accommodating. The food is AWESOME!!!!!!! I think it was underscored - I'd say its not super "Disney" as far as theming and not little kid friendly, but the food and service is tops. It should've been rated at least an 8 or 8.5.
Boma is an awesome buffet....the Mara is one of the best "quick service" locations at Disney....and the one meal I had at Sanaa about 5 years ago was one of the best meals I have ever had in my life, anywhere! Enjoy!
We dined at Rix Sports Bar & Grill and the service was terrible. They tried to make up for it during our next visit but the damage was already done. The best thing was cotton candy cheesecake.
I saw this vlog and the Cheap Eats one but where is part 3 with the rest of the Hotel Restaurants ranking? Or do you still need to make the third vlog? Please let us know! I’m searching and searching but I can’t find it on the channel.
The biggest complaint I hear about Ohana is that they rush you through dinner, is this really a thing? Any suggestions for what to do about it? Can you just tell the waiters to slow the meal down?
yes Gonzo must be a Alien since he got visits from his Pals in Muppets from Space Movie they came with a UFO and revealed that Gonzo also one of them ;=) they even wanted him to join to come back to his Planet if I remember correctly ;=)😆🙃😊😛but thank goodness he stayed with his friends I think. Wondering when this Film finally will be on Disney+
I am absolutely NOT EVEN THINKING about a trip to Disney until they get a new CEO! The price gouging, the 2 hour lines for a 3 minute ride, way too far out reservations, the lack of imagineering and slapdash univentive new rides, the ridiculous amount for hotels and food that all have fixed menus and tiny portions, and finally, having to compete with thousands of other people for reservations everywhere and having to pay thousands of dollars to stress myself out glued to my phone.
Great information….thanks for your hard work. It would be even more wonderful if you could slow down. You talk so fast at times that I miss some of what you say.

One of my favorite things to do-lounge hop😃 the best way to break up a MK day is to get lunch at a monorail resort!

Great video but is beaches and cream 6.5 or 9 out of 10? Voice says one and screen says another. Also where is part 1?
Does beaches and cream get a 9 or a 6.5? You said 9 but the text on the screen said 6.5
It's 9/10, she mistakenly left the rating up for the previous Cape May Cafe review instead of putting the new text
On the beaches n cream rating it finished with stating that Cape may got a 6.5 out of 10 rather than a nine out of 10 for beaches and cream
Did I miss the ranking for Kona Cafe? Is it in a different video?
