No, it wasn't planned - I have just been doing two chapters per video because that's about the right amount for me to read in one go without my voice sounding worn out, and that ended up with chapter 14 being the end of this part. Nah, they just have different lifespans, that's why when they are all in the human world, Dragon race people like Perugius live thousands of years and beast race and human race people just have normal human lifespans.
Lunaria is a demigod, being the daughter of the Human God, so while she counts as human and looks human she doesn't have a normal human lifespan, just like the gods themselves who can die, but don't have the same lifespans as the species they are the gods of.
