For a gas engine, the maximum power is reach at a certain rpm. For an electric motor it's a bit the same thing except that the peak power can't be kept for long, that's why it's important to have all the data.

@@MegaSling It's a good question... We have to do some real test with a dyno to know that. Not sure the builder will let us doing that...
