Thank you for sharing this. No one talks about the stressful parts of owning a business and taking leaps. This space is gorgeous and has soooo much potential from what I gathered from the 2 videos. Take it one day and one project at a time. It's going to be great!
That place looks fantastic 😍😍 and you are going to ROCK IT in this space!!! Be careful about storing boxes and stuff directly against your block walls, as condensation can cause moisture and mold/mildew issues. I would also try to get everything up off of the floor (onto pallets?) in the warehouse because floods/water leaks could be an issue. Until you've lived with this space through 4 seasons, err on the side of caution 😉

You’ve done a great job but maybe you should consider hiring an Admin to help you out for awhile. The showroom looks amazing. I’m gearing up to open my boutique in AZ and stressed to the hill. Ali i am so glad you are so open & honest with us as total strangers. It says a lot to be able to express yourself so candidly. It helps many people with no only the boutique business but with also the emotional stressors involved.

My advice for how to deal when things go wrong is from a faith based approach. Not only because I am a minister but because it works!
God did not design us to handle everything but rather we are created to depend on Him in good times & bad.
The overwhelming depressive results of stress comes when we think we are on our own to handle everything instead of crying out to God in prayer for His help. He will always answer & send what we need. Whether it be someone in our lives to paint or at least peace while we wait for solutions.
When we give our lives to Christ then we don’t stress as much because we can be confident that He is working things out in our favor!
You are very blessed with wisdom in business, good taste in fashions & strong management skills.
Just say a prayer next time things get overwhelming & watch God comfort you & solve the issues while you relax in peace that passes understanding!🙏🏼💝✌🏼

Sorry you are feeling that way. It looks like a nice space to me! It's scary handling a lot of money. I've only put $1000 some into my business and I'm worried. xD It seems like you handle it all pretty well though!
How do you keep track of who’s working on your stores and when? I really want to open a boutique but I’m so scared I’m going to not know enough about the little stuff and drown

Omg we just moved to new warehouse space and I can so relate. My office is currently 4 different colors. Our building used to be a church and my office was part of the nursery🤦🏻♀️ it’s so hard to move spaces. Can’t wait for ur organization video.
Maybe building Racks in your store will be useful, put all your items on it,you have more space use it as much as you can. Good luck 🌹
heads up, I would recommend you get the shoes off the wall due to the block constant change of cold and they heat up. this will eat your shoes up so fast. if anything keep them off the floor and maybe in about 1 foot off the wall. best wishes. sorry to hear about your meltdown but glad to see you going strong. well i guess you would go crazy if you saw my Wearhouse lol 5000 sq ft of craziness lol
I know it sounds odd, but it is nice to hear I am not the only one that gets into those funks. Glad you we able to kick yourself in gear. Thw new place looks fantastic! Please share how you market your boutique, I feel like that is the secret of the industry.

I love when you post about the REALNESS! Every space is going to come with it's hiccups. I am certainly running into that with my build out right now for my boutique. I am covered in blisters and bruises from doing a lot of the work myself and that has been joined with heaps of anxiety! I KNOW this space is going to kick ass, because you are the queen of making lemonade out of lemons which is how you have been this successful thus far!

That happened to my friend! Very similiar situation! She freaked out too! Then we talked her out of it and she picked her self up and all is well! Its a huge undertaking and can be very very stressful!!! You got this!!!

Allí which camera would you recommend me to buy to take pictures of merchandise. Or will it be better if I just upgrade to the new iPhone and take the pictures with my phone ?
Analaura Don I bought a $3000 camera becuase I wanted my photos to look super professional but ended up using my iPhone! IPhone 7 and up will produce beautiful quality photos!

There's always ups and down in any business.
It's prob stressing you how much it will going to cost you if the landlord won't fix any of this and that is a huge expenses lol. And make sense to be stress out .
Your always positive and know how to solve things that's why you are where you are right now.
