I still have not seen another LM002 in person, and that was well over 15 years ago.
I, for one, am glad the Scirocco got "shoehorned" into a Lambo video. I have my first Scirocco 16V being trailered to me as I type, and it's partly Jason's fault (the video with Leno reminded me how much of a cool car it is)!
Fresh out of college in 1988 I worked at an auto accessories shop in Buckhead, Georgia called RoadShow, and one of our customers rolled up in one of these. Craziest, and the coolest, machine I’d ever seen. We also had Evel Kneivel’s Aston Martin Lagonda.
A few decades ago I was at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance and they were focusing on Lamborghinis that year. In one area they had at least 20 or 30 of these lined up, and a few of them someone had obviously been playing around with them before the display as the intake filters had a few inches of sand and insects in them. One of the coolest and oddest jeep type vehicles ever made.
I remember seeing one when I was seven or eight in the late eighties. We were on the way home from a family Christmas party in Parsippany NJ. It was a white one and I will never forget it. I remember looking over and it seemed huge. My mother had a Nissan maxima.
This was so good. This scriptwriting should be taught in schools. Along with Jason's delivery and some excellent cinematography and editing just made the perfect viewing experience. The subject of the video also was something very interesting to me. Back in the late 80s I was a teen, and one of the 4x4 magazines did a huge article on this vehicle. I personally thought it was the coolest thing as I was really into off road vehicles yet the Countach was still the pinnacle of the wow factor. I know I will re-watch this episode, thanks!
This is my neighbor's car! I saw it loaded on a trailer one morning as I was headed out, asked about it, and met the owner! The car was on its way to this shoot. Small world!! I love those moments.

Haha, the "absolutely stellar to drive" at 2:09 is a bit at odds with the sweat of fear at the end of the video! 😆
THIS is a Lamborghini. The Urus is a gussied up Audi.
I prefer to thing of the Audi I've just ordered as a gussied down Lambo. :D
Thanks for the video!
This channel is my vision board for classic cars i love
Hunter S Thompson’s, “Songs of the Doomed” had a LM002 featured in it.
Do i need it? - no
Do i want it? - of course, it has a V12! And just look at that bulky yet agile stance with those giant tires at 2:13
lovely!
That's cool Tina had one
Fresh out of college in 1988 I worked at an auto accessories shop in Buckhead, Georgia called RoadShow, and one of our customers rolled up in one of these. Craziest, and the coolest, machine I’d ever seen. We also had Evel Kneivel’s Aston Martin Lagonda.
I can't even imagine driving something that big and hearing something sounding that good under the hood; wild!!
I just loved the "vafanculo" license plate. No aggressivity at all..:)
That Defender size comparison made my jaw drop.
The most OG Lamborghini, is _A TRACTOR_ duh.
Please , never stop jason
@9:05 Sorry to correct you, Otaki is a different company than Tamiya. I have one under construction, with a Hellcat aftermarket engine, someday will finish it. Fun video, thank you.
Best youtube Car Content that I've seen in a while. It was about the car and not the guy running the channel and his whacky adventures.
Been eagerly awaiting this episode, it did not disappoint. ❤️
Excellent work JC 👏
I remember seeing one of these in my neighborhood back in the '90s. I think the closest I got to it was when pop's stopped at a bagel shop where it pulled into the parking lot. What an event.
Same! Local restaurant owner in my city had one.
Your reviews are Awesome; Senior Cammisa.
Thanks, Enjoyed, I got to walk around a green one in 1994 at a high end auto shop here in Texas It had been unarmored/Bullet resistant added. Impressive ride.
Hasbro made a two door version with technicals for GI Joe 😎👍
That's what I was thinking...looks like the GI Joe "Jeep" I had as a kid
Your videos, facts, pictures are top notch quality!!!!
Another outstanding video Jason!
