If you let your chooks free range during the day they maybe being sneaky and laying in hidden spots around the farm, we found if we waited until luch time befor we let them out our egg numbers increased.❤
Hi Helen, thanks for watching! We don’t let them out to free range until around dinner time. I’m out there with them as we have so many predators here. We are starting to think there may be a snake or rat stealing the eggs but haven’t seen it on camera yet.

I notice you aren't back tacking when you zig zag the tiles together. Do you find that unnecessary?
My machine automatically knots at the beginning and end of a seam. I will back tack if I feel the piece I'm making will undergo a lot of stress. Thanks for watching, Linda!
