Thanks tons! We are planning on tomato sandwiches tonight probably. Our tomato season is rough but got a few great kinds from our local farm market. Maybe bacon/lettuce if we make it to the store in time. LOL The Black Prince is a great type. Haven't ordered from the MIG for awhile but planning to next time we get seeds.

Victory seeds used to be good about keeping dwarf project tomato seeds in stock, but lately I've noticed a lot of their varieties have stayed out of stock for months, even years. The purple heart for example has been out of stock for a year now, & I've been checking for it to come back in stock daily. I may have to start looking at other sites to add to my dwarf project seed collection. I like making my tomato sauces with San Mazrano & Japanese Black Trifele tomatoes.

Thanks tons! That sounds like a great sauce combo for sure. It seems like the dozens of varieties that came out more recent at Victory have overtaken the originals that started the party. My seeds are always questionable with our wild and crowded yard but would send you some anywhere in the US. :)

I bought some "purple" tomatoes and some that had "carbon" in the name, I believe. I don't know which kind is growing in my garden, but it is a tasty beef that has no blemishes like my red beef tomatoes usually do. However, the color is brownish splotches and horrible to my eyes. I eat them anyway!
