    Thanks for the tip on backing off of intensity and range when setbacks occur. 4 weeks into the Maks Reznik happy hips course I am seeing much improvement, which triggers impatience to push it further, leading to setbacks (restricting pain).

    I can’t do more than like 4 clamshells without extreme pain

    What if its the 9090 that causes the pain?

      Spend time on the supine swivels and building strength first, then try the 90/90 movement again. I wouldn't go into pain.

    Hello Maks! Thank you for the great video! I have limitation in my left hip internal rotation, because a FAI after a broken hip accident. Do you recommend this exercise to people with FAI? Looking forward to the next videos =)

    My last comment may have sounded pessimistic. But I highly recommend following Maks Reznik training series - it takes time and patience, but results stick.
