A1 on the tube situation. I remember feeling the same when I found that on my last s13. It's actually beneficial to weld in those gaps on the firewall because it's a high flex zone.
I wish I could give my 240sx this type of treatment, is there any shops that do this type of stuff for customers? I don't have the space or time to do all this stuff but would love to hand it over to a pro.

I honestly don't know any shop to be honest. There is some, it just cost alot of money.
