Quick question: i did taekwondo till blue belt but i quited because of grades etc. and i want to come back but I am 15 years old now and its been 3 years. Is it too late for me to come back☹
it’s definitely not too late for u to come back! you may just need abit of time to recall/ relearn the patterns but you def can go back!! all the best for u taekwondo journey🙌🏻
If you really want to, you can start even if you're old. It may he hard to keep up w the young ones, but taekwando isn't just for athletic ability but also a state of mind. I experienced Taekwando back when I was just a kid, but I stopped due to my parents separating and being busy. 10 years later, I'm 19 now, and my sister also wants to start taekwando. Hopefully, by next week, we will attend our first practice.
NO! You can't be too old to start something. There are sooo many people starting taekwondo at 40, 50, 60 even 90 years of age. Just stay consistent and you will find out what I mean! Good luck!
