NO! You can't be too old to start something. There are sooo many people starting taekwondo at 40, 50, 60 even 90 years of age. Just stay consistent and you will find out what I mean! Good luck!

it’s definitely not too late for u to come back! you may just need abit of time to recall/ relearn the patterns but you def can go back!! all the best for u taekwondo journey🙌🏻

yup definitely! just make sure to close your windows and not to get too close to them! other than that, they are quite harmless! we are coexisting in the same area :)
