Cool. I can see Tommy mentoring Alyssa to become a Ninjetti. It's awesome to see William Shewfelt back as a Ranger. He and Yoshi Sudarso were my favorite Ninja Steel Rangers. Glad to see someone carrying on the legacy despite all of the negativity caused by Netflix removing so many seasons of the show from their app. Power Rangers will endure. No matter the odds.

It's because her hair is longer while in Wild Force she used to have short hair. I wished Alyssa was the White Rangers if Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Ninja Quest was made with Kakuranger suits if this was made in early 2000s, not confusing with Alien Rangers of course! ^^

There was alot wrong with Ninja Steel, but this proves it wasn't casting ^_^.
Got to remember that brody was a teenager whose mind was destracted by lots of things especially the memories of his father loosing this one just shows a what it would be like after high school and his manages to focus on 1 thing at a time
i have to say Ninja Steel was good.. I even think Brody wasn't bad at all and like i said it wasn't Ninja Steel.. It was more the 2nd Season - Super Ninja Steel that F'ed it up tbh..
@@GLBizzie I don't know, I think focusing on flatulence every other episode, and even having the season's big bad defeated by it, is not just cringe-worthy and immature, but terribly dangerous writing for the show overall.
People already have this opinion that Power Rangers is just for kids, a stigma the show has struggled with for many years. Things like that really really don't help fight that perception. They make it a thousand times worst.
Imagine if somebody watched MMPR back in the day, not seen the show since, but caught the 2017 movie on Blu-Ray, liked it, heard about the Super Ninja Steel Anniversary Crossover, and so thought they'd give the show another try with Ninja Steel first. Imagine what they'd think. They wouldn't give the show a chance again.
The show is primarily aimed at kids to teens, sure, but that doesn't mean it has to only be for kids, and that sort of thing doesn't really add anything to it for them either. I remember thinking that sort of stuff was lazy and dumb even when I was just 8 YO.
This feels like watching an american version of Super Sentai with a much more serious story! :D
Amazing to see that Power Rangers will never be lost with people like William Shewfelt carrying on with the franchise no matter how he does it. William Shewfelt one of the best Rangers ever. Brilliant first episode

Introducing an Evil Ninja Ranger created by Lothor could open up a brand new storyline about what Lothor was searching for when he secretly came back to Earth after being exiled from the Wind Ninja Academy.
And possibly why Lothor corrupted Hunter and Blake later on in addition to what he did to their parents.
@@jonathancraddock1810 We know Lother killed Blake and Hunter's adoptive parents but it unclear as why he made the decision to do so.. What if Blake and Hunter's adoptive parents were the original Thunder Rangers and when they died Sensei Omino took Blake and Hunter in to protect them from harm.

Agreed. I don't entirely trust Hasbro. They are trying to limit access to old seasons of the show and put out bad episodes for new seasons. It's like they consider Power Rangers just a big toy commercial.

Would've been much cooler if we got to see these Wind Rangers fight to stop KIYA WATANABE/ Lothor's secret plan before he killed Blake and Hunter's adoptive parents and completely took over the Thunder Ninja Academy. Overall it was a good performance and I can't wait to see what you guys will do next.
That would be cool. I always found Lothor an underrated villain. His minions maybe comic relief at times but he's still a genuine threat.

Same here. He did mind control Shane, Tory, and Dustin after all. Lothor is one of those villains like The Joker from Batman. One moment he can be funny the next moment Lothor might do something like trying to kill his own brother.
