I have been a fan for a long time and I love your channel. like the idea of a series and having guests in your garden. I do have a small suggestion . When you invite someone to be a guest on your channel , please allow them the opportunity to actually speak to us. I found it very distracting. Every time she started to talk you began to speak over her. It seems we never got to hear her tips because you were so eager to share your tips and ideas.
You have gained another subscriber. I appreciate your putting links to the other two videos in your comments. That is something that too many UA-camrs fail to do and it is so frustrating trying to find the others especially when the others have different names. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
I worked at a garden nursery years ago and I loved starting plants. I just made a whole raised bed for cuttings and have great success. It is so fun to see the new growth and dream of where to use the new plants in the garden! Thank you for the video of Summer. I can't wait to start again!
Kristina, what did you use for the rooting medium. My Grandmother liked to use coarse sand. I've seen other UA-cam channels that are using peat moss and vermiculite.
@@diannenaworensky6698 you are welcome. I am devoting one raised bed to cuttings this year. I just watched Bunny Guiness' latest video and she talks about cuttings and all kinds of neat cheap things for the garden.
Oh that lush green!! 😭 Honestly why don't I spend every single second from April to October staring at nature and soaking it in? I miss it so much this time of year! Everything is is all brown and gray and overcast now, not even a flake of snow to enjoy. 😔
I enjoy your garden so much and this series. I do agree that you need to pull back a bit when you have guests and let them speak. I was hoping to find out what kind of soil to use with the cuttings and when to fertilize and with what. It would be nice to know the lighting and watering needs and when to replant. Did not get near the information needed to make cuttings a success. Maybe a do over is needed or an additional video.
I agree and have taken note of this:). I’m used to being on camera solo. A lot of questions you still have will be in the coming segments over the next three days. There’s a lot more information to come.
With everything going on in the world right now life is so depressing.... this is so refreshing and needed at this time! Thank you for sharing! I'm ready to get outside and get away from all the craziness.
I have started many plants from cuttings and I just take the leaves off the bottom and stick it in soil. I usually do many in case some don’t take which sometimes happens. Some people use root hormone but I have never used anything. I don’t necessarily think there is alot to it.
This was definitely a "lecture" from you, Linda. I noted how annoyed your guest was when you asked and answered your own question. Don't waste people's time if you are not interested in hearing from them. Very disrespectful!

@@diannenaworensky6698 I just stuck the cuttings in my raised beds that I grow my veggies in. Dirt with some compost. Nothing special at all.
@@kristinastoltzfus6032 Thanks for the info!!!

Hello Linda! I truly enjoy your channel; thank you. I was wondering if we could dehydrate the Creamy Mixture and rehydrate as needed?
Really enjoyed this ..I look forward to the next video ❤️Dee
Thank you!
Love it!🌿
Do you bring this rosemary topiary inside during winter? Mine always die. 😢. Have you tried a jade topiary?
Yes and no!

Great video! Do you put the cuttings in water or soil?
There are three more videos on this series to come with a lot more information. This is just part one. Part two will air today

This video is a bit all over the place. I have propagated from cuttings & this video was zero help for a beginner.

Monica did not have much input😕
