I got mine a few weeks ago and I'm just now putting it back together after greasing and replacing parts. I should get the body back from the paint shop today or tomorrow. I've never been down to Colorado Springs (I'm in Denver) but I'd make the trip just to drive with you fellas. Surely someone runs events down there?

Right on, these little jeeps are nice and so detailed. I have an actual YJ Wrangler and tried to do a 1/10 version of it, but I failed on the "Golden Eagle" decals so it's just black and gold. We try to go out every Saturday but we haven't been out this summer very much....other things going on. The Crawl Space used to hold events but there're no longer down here. We went to one but we didn't enjoy it much, little too slow for us, lol! If you have time to come down just let us know so we can make sure we are there. We would love to come to Denver as well, we just don't know where a good spot is. Maybe we can hook up with you and you could show us where? Have you managed to remove the ticking sound under load ?
That's funny, because real jeeps are famous for ticking motors! We have replaced the RTR motors to Fusions, so no ticking.
