  • today’s workout is brought to by the tuffet i covered with an inspired crochet pattern during the pandemic. and LIVE class. and the “no curl abs” i created as a quick 5 minute workout a few years ago.
    so, grab your own tuffet - or pillow or rolled up towel or even soft roller. i discovered this flow in class when my maman showed up and told me she preferred what we do on the floor to the chair. it’s a deep core Pilates-style class with the support of your pillow and your hands underneath your pelvis. this helps to cultivate both connection and opening to not only you abdominals - your hips and pelvis and lower back will feel the love too!
