Angus is a legend, after finding out he was visiting a friend in Bristol I arranged to meet up with him in a suburban Street in Fishponds, he set his mini stall up outside his mates house and gave me ½ hour of his time, banter and massive knowledge of Indian food plus 2 Cones of deliciousness and as far as I can remember he didn't charge me a penny.. What a Gentleman.....
