Korean Mayak 🥑 🥑 🥑 Sauce recipe: 1/2 cup soy-sauce 1tbsp sugar 2 tbsp vinegar 1/3 tsp wasabi 1/3 tsp graded ginger/ginger powder 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp sesame seed Veggies: 1/2 onion chopped thinly 1/2 lemon cut in coins 6-8 cherry tomatoes cut in half 3 ripe avocados - cut in strips Layering: 1. Avocados 2. Onions and some tomatoes and lemon 3. Next layer of avocados 4. Repeat 5. Drizzle the sauce in 6. Oh well layering didn’t matter much since you are now going to twirl the Tupperware 7. Leave in the fridge for 3-4 hrs min Have it with fried egg and steamed rice. Spoon some of the sauce on the avocados.
How long will this last? Up to 7 days in the refrigerator... With each day, the avocado will turn darker as it soaks in more soy sauce... Looks less pretty but the flavor goes up and up 🚀One of those ugly-delicious dishes heh!
Since im allergy with Avocado i replaced it with cauliflower and still the taste is sooooo devine...this recipe is amazin..Thanks for sharing..one of your subscriber now..
Guys , I made it today, but I had to change a few ingredients since I don't have wasabi and sesame seeds, and instead of sugar I added coconut sugar. It turned out so good😍😍😍 I loved it! Thank you for sharing!
Eating this next time I get done avocados 🤤😍 I see a lot of korean vloggers eat something similar for breakfast, just rice avocado sesame oil soy sauce and a fried egg. It was still delicious!
Literally have this in the fridge at all times. You can throw anything you want in with the avocado - carrots and jalapeño are great thrown in the mix ✨
I was going to try your milk ramen tonight, I bought some shin ramyun today, but I happened to have all the ingredients in my fridge except the roe(?) for this recipe. I even have 김 from a Korean subscription box :D My avocados are marinating as I type. Can't wait!!
this is a great alternative to avocado toast (which is still good, but it's nice to change things up once in a while!) the sauce looks so flavourful, thanks for sharing daniel! :) :)
Love watching your videos! And Dan-yul!!! You make every recipe seem so easy to put together! Thanks! (And btw, it's very relaxing watching and listening! Lol!)
When I was a bit better about eating vegan but was also wanting a simple meal, I'd put avocado, marcona almonds, soy sauce, sesame oil and seeds on rice. So I was most of the way there!
When ginger became ginDer. 😂 I'm sorry I couldn't help it. I love your rice bowl recipes. Still eating your mushroom rice bowl whenever I buy mushrooms.
This does look great, but 4 hours in the fridge (with a "make sure to roll the container every couple hours") doesn't a 5 minute breakfast make, sorry.

I ALSO EAT AVO WITH RICE ❤
Can you do this over night or will the avocados become mushy?
New subscriber! Love your videos :)
Beautiful!
Great idea!!!! Thanks.
I hope I can find some sort of fish roe. I've been seeing uni in videos the past 2 days and I am so curious. 🧐
Looks amazing as always. 😊
Love the plating. It looks great! You can also put a balut in the middle.
Is there something I can substitute for the wasabi and sesame seeds?
Did you know that if you cut the avocado in quarters the pit will fall right out? Might be harder to slice in this dihs though. Just a thought.
Question: will Japanese mirin vinegar be okay? Or should we use plain white vinegar?
animefushigi Mirin is cooking wine and much sweeter than vinegar
You think crab be good instead of the eggs?
Next video: soy sauce marinated salmon? ;)
🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾
When ginger became ginDer. 😂 I'm sorry I couldn't help it. I love your rice bowl recipes. Still eating your mushroom rice bowl whenever I buy mushrooms.
