Love running into your video, I haven’t seen anything from you before. I am trying to improve my life/emotional state myself, the 80/20 rule has helped me a bunch after getting out of college- I think a bunch of people try too hard and then give up at work/school from just been burnt out giving their best, but I think when you give the most you can without worrying about everything, giving the most you can, and accepting your mistakes people see you as reliable and growing yet still you feel the room you can do something a bit wrong without crying over it. Thank you for the memoing idea! I have been going to events/classes myself to learn more about what I like, but with how packed my schedule gets I don’t think I sit down and think “how does joining/starting on XX” makes me feel, especially when I overwhelmed myself by starting a fun project beyond my own scope but realized I made it into a job to finish rather than an outlet of what I love. I also appreciate saying we need to express ourself more. I feel coming into the “adult” world I cut off parts of myself which I deemed as childish, weird, or inappropriate. I have been trying to become freer with what I say and do, showing affection, allowing myself to be upset/angry, and not apologizing over saying something others seem silly or too young. I have felt a lot better being myself/expressing myself with the way I look and it’s only has strengthened the friendships. Thank you for your video, I wish you the best weekend! I hope to see more :)
It's impressive how wise this boy is, I won't associate his wisdom with his age, he simply has a vision that sets him apart from many, always prioritizing happiness over superficial things, I hope he is really very happy and exudes happiness 🙏🏻👏🏻
Suddenly, my favorite hobby turned into something boring. I don't know why, one day I started to feel very disappointed in myself. Disappointed that I grew up to be this kind of person, that I couldn't do anything well. I felt guilty towards myself and my parents, guilty that I couldn't live my life well. I spent almost two months in a loop of anxiety and confusion, slowly finding a way out of it little by little, until I discovered something. Yes, it's like what you said. Expecting too much of yourself, thinking of extremely ideal life and inflexible way are traps that ready to destroy our life. I slowly accepted the imperfections of life, slowly telling myself that humans were not born to write perfect life stories. Even novels need conflicts or problems to be interesting stories. Even now I can't get out of this loop 100%, but this clip from you helps me to confirm the way that I should go.
I wont say something like you can do it, but more like, you already did it, you're alive today and trying to find inspiration by clicking videos or trying to accept yourself slowly. you're strong mindset is already working and its making you stronger every day. Im glad you wrote this comment, it gives me a massive motivation for me too :) have a nice day

What microphone are you using to record if you don't mind me asking? The audio is very good. It almost sounds like you have a treated booth around you.
