- In this vlog we are out to find some fishing net to buy as we need stock up on new fishing nets.
Later on the day we are driving to Navua Town in order to find some good quality suki for Josese suki business and suki for the boys. We are going with a local guide who knows navua town very well.
We want to suki that gives the vude and that is Kiki.

Of course the best suki comes from none other than the Sigatoka valley, totally worth the roadtrip high and low to Navua for the stuff but fair point on the shopkeeper there unable to sell in bulk.
Next roadtrip should definitely be Sigatoka itself for all the bulk that you need for the Navuti boys and all of Moturiki eventually, especially that kick in the tongue and throat once smoked. 😅

Go to the suki market, theres a viriety of suki there, suki rara(burnt and minced) with saluka(vadra) the most preferred by the people of LABASA, unless you have a vadra tree in moturiki, you'll have a good time smoking suki rara.
