After doing the second method my update, which was stuck at 61%, is now vanished

Do I have to copy and paste the software distribution folder back to we're it was? Or is meant to be deleted once the update problem is resolved?

On my cmd screen it says "windows update cannot be stopped"
Thanks bro I got this problem. I started to update my windows 11 cumulative update it stucks at 52%. I waited almost 1 hour and half I think and the downloading progress still at 52%. I found this video and I try the first step which is window trouble shooting and the problem got solve, currently the update starts to move again. Thankyou soo much brother. I will not update my windows again when it finished.

I don't know if it's just pure luck but after being stuck at 92% for an hour, after doing the first step (windows troubleshooting) it jumped to 94%

Hi, when moving folders from "software distribution", the specific folder "download" wouldn't cut out, a message said that it was being used by another program. Also, as typing "net stop wuauserv" it said that Windows update could not stop. What could be happening? Tks so much

I *think* this worked, but now the next update is also stuck on 25%. No idea why Microsoft is going to "retire" the troubleshooters. Sure, it would make sense if Windows just didn't screw up, but I literally can't even get a brand new Windows 11 computer to update without screwing up. And the UI is horrible - it just stays on 25%, no error message, no idea what it's stuck doing

Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan

These steps aren’t working for me. 😔 I didn’t have the restart option (it was greyed out, couldn’t be clicked), and the command prompt wasn’t successful, said it was starting or stopping and to try it again later.
The updates page in settings has had a progress animation and said “pausing updates” for like a week and a half or more. I haven’t been able to find a solution anywhere.

The first 2 commands were successful, but the RestoreHealth one was only progressing until hitting 62.3%, at which point the progress halted. After a bit i left to go do other things. Помогите мне пожалуйста, у меня проблема следующая: я собрал пк год назад, виндовс 11, не лицензионный. Всё было хорошо, прилетали обновления, всё хорошо обновлялось, где-то 2 месяца назад я заметил что у меня не обновляется виндовс, прилетело уже где-то 5 обновлений, я нажимал " скачать" а они не скачиваются, просто 0%. И где-то через 10 минут пишет " обновления не выполнено " а под каждой сборкой обновлений пишет " ошибка загрузки - 0x80004002"
Тогда я полез в ютуб смотреть видео как решить такую проблему, и когда я пробовал различные советы, я обнаружил что у меня нет " Центра обновление Windows " я уже всё перепробовал, никак не получалось его вернуть в "Службы" но я все же нашел видео, где у автора такая же проблема, и он говорит что нужно сносить винду или сделать "Windows Update" в службах ( я очень плохо объясняю, возможно вы меня не поймёте) но даже после того как я это сделал у меня всё равно не качаются обновления, помогите мне пожалуйста, что мне делать?
А ещё есть такая прога "WUB (Windows update blocker)", через которую люди специально блокируют обновление, я её скачал чтобы посмотреть что у меня не так, и у меня все службы запущенны кроме "dosvc" я уже дней 10 не могу решить эту проблему, наверное легче снести винду, но мне почему-то страшно, раньше никогда не было пк.
