You should make it for yourself and just cut into cubes and freeze it, and when you want macaroni and cheese, thaw and heat it up. 🙂

Ok y'all. I made this for Thanksgiving. For cheeses, all I had was cheddar and mozzarella. I added cream cheese. I tasted it out the oven... I had to sit down. Yes, it's a hit... A home run to be exact!
How much noodles did you use? One pound? Got all the cheeses but not sure about the amount of noodles

Adding the egg is HELLA old school. I feel like it's new school to not use eggs. Back then I feel like it was a myth that allot of these dishes needed eggs but I come to find in my recipes that egg is not needed in alot of the old school recipes that call for it. He did use a egg tho

Just in case you dont get the measurements, here's a tip 4 u ... you can go by taste. As you add ingredients, taste along the way - when you're satisfied with how it tastes, you're good. If you cook regularly, you already have a sense of how much to use to start with. OR, you can dig up an "average" Mac & cheese recipe, follow it & get a sense of measurements, then add the other ingredients from this video & taste as you go .... hope that helped 😊

I'm so glad you did not add garlic powder. I'm a true mac & cheese lover. You use the custard like I learned from Grandma!! The cheeses are the star not the spices. I use pretty much the same except mustard powder. ❤

@@LeeLeeLeeLeeLee DAMN stay out of my head 🤣. I use that add a little milk and make my own half and half, Kraft triple cheddar, cream cheese, Gouda, American, Colby. I make a cheese sauce then then add 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks. Then of course I saved some of the cheese to spread throughout. Mix the noodles with the cheese sauce. Spread the first layer. Sprinkle some cheese. Make the second layer then sprinkle some more cheese. Last layer, then use the last bit for the top. Cheesy ASF so if you want a brick in ya back it's worth it 🤣🤣✊🏾
