- Nobody on youtube would ever be crazy enough to attempt such a video. That's why we did it. Everyday we will upload one video - for the entire week. This was an insane amount of work to put together even if you can't see the effort behind it very easily. Hope you enjoy!
We rendered those weapons ourselves pulled the data right from the game. You can't find them in this quality anywhere else.
We intentionally left out some of the slap-on designs which are essentially the same just with a different tint. 192 refers to more or less different looking designs.

@@dangjace7210 i don't think so, don't you remember they will do some new collaboration quest even after fatalis you can expect new armor, weapon and pendant.
@@MrEstampilleur they literally said it's the last update, they won't do collaboration quests as it is considered an update (example : the witcher 3)

Honestly I feel a bit sad when looking at this video. I know this is the end of a game, that despite the many issues it has and has caused me, has also changed my life quite a bit. I made many friends playing world and iceborne, and it was the reason I actually bought a ps4. So it’s always gonna hold some significance to me.

I always found the Barroth Club interesting. While it's different in appearance to the original design in Tri, the iteration in World is, visually, still a club, while retaining its name.
I love how sexy every Guild Palace has looked. Now im gon a wait impatiently for the charge blade and lance styles and all the armor styles for both genders

Seriously lazy some of them, a lot of copy and paste. I guess that's to encourage you to work towards less hideous weapons.

Truly this illustrates the complete lack of weapon variety in mhw: 6:38 of sword and shield, 4:14 of copy pasta iron/bone and of the ones shown in the remaining 2:24 80% ish are pallet swaps
I don't know if I can ever forgive them for making the Namielle SnS just another Bone variant. I mean, C'mon now. It's one thing to have that on some kind of random critter, but for a cool new Elder Dragon? Particularily considering that some other Namielle weapons are utterly awesome? That's just rough.
Technically the Kushala dual blades are Kushala / Teostra. Or at least they were, the last time I checked

Despite many complaints regarding the weapon designs, I myself still appreciate the work Capcom put in these. Especially because I main Dual Blades.

It vexes me that they never made more unique designs and just used bone and ore reskins

Just got back from school to see 3D models of my main weapon (dual blades), what an amazing day.
Now to go and grind safi so I can have my first ever maxed safi weapon. (I played world since release but only got iceborne like 1 and a hlsf months ago lol)

Hi everyone, I know this video is quite old. I was still wondering if these designs were available somewhere for download ? This is such an insane amount of work that I would love seeing it beeing shared so that it could live a little longer :)
I thought that Xenos blades were black? I know as a layered the black blade is not an option. But I'm sure it is indeed black.
I forgot how lazy Capcom got with weapon designs in World, those bone/metal re-skins are unforgivable

Havent played monster hunter but it does interest me. And sword and shield is one if the weapons im most interested in. Tied with light bowgun and longsword
Longsword if used wrong will get you ZERO friends. Lol make sure to use it solo for a while and watch videos before being what everyone hayes in co-op
@@bronysaiyan5236 I already planned on playing the game solo to begin with. If I am to play with others ill do it during fights I just cant beat solo or after my first playthrough when i know what weapon works best for me
... Just go online and player whatever you want.

Just curious why is sns together with db though, would'nt it be better if that specific weapon category was it own video?
I guess it saves time. Also, in the older MH games, most weapons were put into pairs, even at the smithy.
GS and LS go into one pair because big, two handed sword
Hammer and HH go into a pair because blunt damage
SNS and DB go into a pair because small, one-handed blades
After that we are likely gonna get
CB and SA because swap based weapons with massive axes
Lance and GL because poke stick with a shield
LBG and HBG because Bowgun and
Bow and IG because they are the ones left that don't fit with anything else (unless of course they put in IG with Lance and GL because it's also a pole weapon and Bow with the Bowguns because it's also a ranged weapon)
I'll be dying happily if they do armours too

I need some help learning and understanding the chargeblade as well as the switchaxe. Struggling to learn how use the switchaxe and fully utilize the full potential of the chargeblade.
I'd suggest checking out some up to date videos on those two weapons. I've played with the charge blade quite a bit and it's actually pretty easy to use once you understand the mechanics, the switch axe is definitely a lot harder though so I'd suggest you start with CB.

1 of my complaints in mhw.. Boring heking weapon designs.
Seeing the blade part (bone /iron) of a weapon is just making me think in Mhw.. That we just killed the monsters just for ornemntal design for our weapon.. Especially for early game weapons.
I wont complain about the early game weapons looking bad as long as the final upgrade looks good, but no theres still bone weapons

I still don't know Capcom motivation to make this slap-on monster material design. Such a waste, honestly. From what I see it's kind of a disrespect to the monster. If you kill them to make hats, just make sure it's a cool or badass hats.

Why didn't you put proper materials on the models? They look all flat without metalness and emission, not to mention a lot of them look very different than they do in the game, such as Kjarr appearing to be a different color altogether when it's not metallic. And not even normal maps means all the detail is lost, everything is flat when there's supposed to be scales and ridges and detail :(

Even to this day I'm astounded as to bow lazy weapon design was in world. Here's hoping that in they never do this again.

Silver rath’s design is kinda disappointing imo. I would have preferred they kept the solid flame look instead if making it a basic gold/silver sword with some weak heat in the middle

That's what I mean by balanced. Sure it has perfect rush but it has a small reach to keep it in check, sure there is nothing stopping you from doing it all the time but the reach makes it harder to land. You can be close enough to land perfect rush but you might mess up the angle and end up in a weird position where the sword is nowhere near the monster and you won't land every single strike. It has a shield that isn't the best but it is a shield, it has high mobility but at the cost of the small reach. It has stun damage with the shield but it isn't the best option, it has fast attacks but it loses sharpness pretty fast as well.
It is the most balanced defensive and offensive wise.
Lekok Most of SnS’ problems, especially its reach are more than made up for with its mobility, though. There’s a reason SnS out dpses most melee weapons, including LS.
I love SnS as much as the next guy- been using it since four ultimate. But it’s pretty unbalanced in Iceborne, even more than oil sns in gen.

But that's what I'm saying by it being balanced. It lacks something in one area but because of that, it makes up for it in another area. And it has everything but it isn't the best option for any of the things it has, there are other weapons that are better at what SnS normally does. If you only want mobility, there are better weapons for mobility. If you want to play more defensive, there are better weapons made for defense only. If you want to focus only on offense then you also have other weapons with better offensive options and features than SnS. But in the end SnS has all of those features in one weapon, it might not be the best at it but that's makes it balanced.
