It's weird to me as somebody on the asexual spectrum, because I do experience sexual desire- at least in imaginary situations- but lust is incredibly difficult for me to understand and I don't think I experience it. I find it werid that someone can say thay low self esteem people are more likely to engage in sex or lustful activity more than a high self esteem person does. And i don't agree thst sexual attractiveness is driven by colture. For those who don't seek different experiences outside of their born into couture are cowerds to themselves. I've been around white people most of my life and i don't find them thst attractive but then i see black people and i find them way more attractive even though those people are not in my icelandic culture

I feel like it drives me crazy thinking about it all the time unless I release it. It's weird to me as somebody on the asexual spectrum, because I do experience sexual desire- at least in imaginary situations- but lust is incredibly difficult for me to understand and I don't think I experience it. Seeing people horny-posting on social media feels very performative and exaggerated when apparently it isn't? If I were to have sex with somebody I'd have to trust them with my soul, and it'd be driven by an emotional connection to them and a desire to bond further.
