I used to do 1.5 hours of stretching and Yoga each day just to feel good. Now I only need 15 minutes. It's amazing some of these posture fixing routines are very subtle engagement movements.

If you did that amount of Yoga everday, you most likley need strenghtening exercies, not stretching ones.

dude this is legit content. i know a lot of this but its nice to see it all together and targeted for people with chronic pain. i honestly think theres so much good advice in here that most people are going to miss most of it. top tier stuff man about rounding the back, relaxing into parasympathetic state, co2 tolerance. you could make a seperate video on each 2 minute segment. im very impressed.

Sedentary lifestyle, sleeping on stomach and sides for most my life, no exercising, and trauma causing chronic stress…..
No wonder I was suffering back pain for over 10 years…
Thanks to the knowledge I’ve gained via UA-cam, and applying what I’ve learned, and lots of prayer 🙏 I’m no longer suffering chronic back pain.
People like you are a God send. Thank you.

My sympathetic nervous system used to be extremely stressed as I grew up with an alcoholic in the house. I've tried my best, yoga has helped immensely, but I have no idea how to control some muscle movements, especially mid back & butt/leg areas, because I've been so tight most of my life. I'm excited to try these exercises. I feel like figuring out how to calm these muscles will be truly healing. I'm in a good mental spot with the issue but the muscles sure do have a memory and it's hard for them to let go...

Most people think that either tensed or relaxed muscles are their problems. But actually those two are what the muscles are supposed to do. Instead muscles become a problem when they are stuck in between and they can move.
Thats why you need to train aswell as relax to maintain a healthy body.
Sitting for example is neither. You relax your lower back while using you body. But theres a reason as to why we couldnt "sit" in the air without a chair for as long as we sit on chairs.
This us just what came to my mind watching the video. Do you agree?

I have chronic pain and PTSD (occupational related).
I wish I got this knowledge years ago. I walk around like a trip wire always “On”. My tension has caused me a lot of panic attacks. I had times when my heart rate was 126bpm for 53 minutes.

I bought the beginner body restoration programme earlier, really looking forward to going through it all 🙂 I'd be really interested to purchase a programme on how to work out in the Gym from a PRI perspective so I don't do more harm than good eg when bench pressing etc, hope you'd consider doing such a programme soon.

Whatever he said about sympathetic response is exactly what yoga works on. It does the same thing with different breathing practices and chanting sounds helps you build that rythm better but because people cannot give this explanation it gets dismissed as pseudo science.

No one teaches physical yoga like you said because yoga is gone to
Dogs hands to teach and these certified teachers have no clue about anything. Todays mankind does not have the capacity to learn or teach yoga in the true sense.
Conor is able to explain everything very well and this helps people. This works and helps. Period

i’m sure that number of views and stuff is a metric you look at but i hope you don’t alter your content too much because you’re very technical and those of us that want to hear the low-level, bone and systems type explanations don’t get content like this often
i have a feeling you could have a collab with supple athlete or kneesovertoes in the future
