- This time on Rock Rods we are taking you to Northwest Alabama Ride Park for their first ever Rock Bouncer Bounty Hill. There is $5000 on the line for the fastest rock bouncing buggy up this crazy rock waterfall. We thought it was doable until it rained all night the night before. Enjoy the full throttle beatdowns as these drivers attempt the impossible and put on one heck of a show.

I know we all hate the "rollback of shame"..... But thats a heck of a climb to conquer for anyone or any rig.... Skilled group of guys for sure, most would have gone over backwards on the those ledge hop ups...

Rode out there the day before, one of the slickest places I've been had trouble climbing almost every hill... definitely a cool place though

!00k rigs getting bent up and broken on impossible climbs. Would it not be better to have achievable climbs where the fastest time wins? The constant and costly repairs will surely discourage even the best drivers as they reach the limit of their available funds. Great sport. I hope the cost doesn`t kill it

If they could get there front axle weight over that edge there back just needs a little pop and I think they would bounce up it
two of them got the front tires on it, just no traction to get any momentum to get the rear up

I believe it’s a Randy’s rock rods build and that is a Rockwell pinion brake that has been deleted for wheel brakes

Softer rubber compound + more lugs + tighter spacing = bigger contact patch = more grip. Does that answer your question
More agressive doesn’t = traction on rock

how hard is it for people to understand that these guys know about air pressure and run extra to keep from breaking and bending wheels. They have to hit these ledges with speed and momentum. You cannot crawl this obstacle.
