Omg Claire, totally looks like wood, that one's got to be my favourite, very very closely followed by the ombre. They're all gorgeous though and they look amazing as a set. Thanks so much for sharing x

Wow! They turned out so great! I was so nervous for you on the ombré pot….it was definitely my favorite! Would love to see more! With how popular Jesmonite is, I can’t believe it is still not sold in the US! I would love to get my hands on some, but for now I guess cement pots will have to do! My son is in the army and stationed in Germany…every time he travels to a new place over there, I check to see if Jesmonite is sold there so I can have him pick me up some! Lol. Love your videos and your energy! Can’t wait to see what you come up with next!

Thank you so much Anna x really glad you like these .. I love the Ombre too .. and the marble definitely came out like Wood .. so I am looking forward to trying that with more x
heyyyyy Georgina .. they would ne two coats of sealer to make them water resistant but AC100 is not water PROOF .. so they would be used as plant pot holders not actual plant pots x
💜💜the color! Love the 1 that looks like wood! Can u “tilt” the mold when filling or place it on an angle? And then fill the other side when they 1st side has somewhat set?
Sorry Claire for missing the live- had a conflict. I love this Jesmonite. I am trying to get it from Canada. I want to make these flower pots. These have turned out lovely. My husband will love these earth tones.❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🌸🌸🌸
heyyyy Sunita so glad you love them ... There is a stockist in Britsh Columbia .... but I do believe they are currently out of stock ... I really hope they order X10 their normal amount as it is flying of the shelves
They are lovely pots but I think that one like wood grain is more beautiful than the others Well done Claire it was very enjoyable demo bye till the next demo bye.
Oh wow, love them all but yeah especially the wood! Have you ever thought of doing an experimental video about left over or unsuccessfull experiments? E.g. hammering it down to pieces? Also, how do you film with the camera in that perfect angle from above?
Thank you so much Iris, no I haven't tried something like that .. sounds fun though :) To film, I basically film on my phone and use a phone clip from Amazon ... it is attached to the shelf above :) x
I love these so much, the ombre is definitely my favourite! Regarding you comments about how the heat affects jesmonite... It is boiling in my room today, so I thought id give it a go to find out what it does, and omg it was SO STRESSFUL! The jesmonite (1 solid colour) was setting as I was mixing it, and I had no more than 2 mins tops work time from when I started stirring, by which point it was already waaaay thicker than it normally is and hard to maneuver! Definitely wont be doing that again 😂😬😬😬
Personally I'm not in love with that colour. I'm not much of a cream or 10K to go but the ombre effect is really beautiful I also really like the faux wood affect. Where's the link for that mold you have? I couldn't find it specifically.
Hey Erin ... yeh the faux wood was such a surprise .... the pots are linked below video. If you go to the amazon storefront you will see a page called silicone moulds I use .... I have 3 different suppliers linked there x
Love the marbled one! Completely gorgeous 💕 I'm finding my Jesmonite working time is waaaay shorter in the heat. Hence being up in the middle of the night making things when it's slightly cooler 😆

Hey... These turned out absolutely beautiful 😍 For these Plant pots do you coat these on the inside with a water safe sealer or something or is it safe as is for direct soil and water contact...
Looooove the marble! Question: when making plant pots, do you recommend putting some sort of barrier between the pot and the soil (like those flimsy plastic "pots" plants often come in from the shop/nursery) or once it's sealed is it ok to have direct contact with the soil and water? Thanks in advance!
Heyyyy lovely ... I do seal the pots but I sell them as Plant Pot holders .. and just explain that soil and water can deteriorate the pot over time. Ideally place a pot in the pot x
Heyyyy lovely ...i clean straight away ...I did a video on it ... I basically wash my pots in a large bucket of water ... then after about a week I pour that water through a sieve in to the bath or drain ... then I smash out all the settled Jesmonite from the bottom of the bucket .. in to the bin
I saw that video right after !!! The whole red color cleanse 😂😂 Thank you for replying ❤ I do have some questions on sealing the things I make. Can I ping you on Instagram?
Is there a chance if you had added a tiny bit of Jesmonite retarder to the mix if the layers might blend together more. Ooo! Or you could possibly squeeze the rigid sides of the outer mold support a bit to squish the liquid Jesmonite around so it might flow together more.
I have problem with this color , 1)it does line layer dark when the tray dries 2) I try classic beige (not very light not dark ) and when unmold the color change to more darker 3) i shake it very well but I’ll see little color sticks down on pigment color 😔
@@ClairesCraftyCorner thanks so much for the reply!!! I love your videos and I think you are so freaking awesome for sharing your knowledge, big love! 🥰 xx
I know you’ve said that if you mess with the ratios it makes things weaker, but if you added a bit more powder and made a thicker mix would it sink a little into the first layer?
Heyyy Colette, it might do yes .. I don't know enough at this point. I do know that we can get a thickener agent which will make it thicker but won't take away from the strength x
just wondering the marble effect with black how do u make it comes out black and white/ i made mine up then added some black powder and it came out more like grey no matter how much or less i added was just grey
