I am so happy this game got a north american release on the Nintendo Wii's ultimate shooting collection because I love the look and the music of this entire game. This is one I know I'll have a lot of fun with.
I got so lucky to find a copy of Radirgy for the Nintendo Wii, on my local Book Off, for a decent price and in pristine condition. Gotta love the art, Music and quirkiness of this peculiar shooter!
This is the first after-market Dreamcast game I've seen that actually makes use of 3D graphics. I find that kinda special, I just hope to see some sort of third-person game come out at some point but if anything, I'm just blown away to see games being released for the console at _ALL_! It truly _is_ incredible! :)
By far one of my favourite shoot-em-ups of all time, right up there with the likes of Radiant Silvergun, Ikaruga, Eschatos, and its sequel Radirgy Noa (both Massive/X360 and For Wii). The graphics still hold up even today (Cel-Shading is God), the soundtrack kicks ass in a very unique way, the difficulty is just right, the fun factor is extremely high, and it's so bloody underrated. Which version do I recommend? That depends on you, but I love the GameCube release (Radirgy GeneriC) especially on the Wii U (thanks to its Tate feature, allowing the you to rotate the Gamepad vertically, makes it more fun to play), but the Dreamcast/Sega Naomi version (as seen here) is a good recommendation for PC gamers (because it's easier to emulate and you can do whatever the hell you want). The PS2 version (Radirgy PreciouS) i have yet to try. Radirgy shall always be one my favourites, and I'll try what ever I can to spread the word about it.
That's cool dude. I was checking out dengeki bunko fight climax for ps3. O btw, could you explain the different types of candy cabs, I was looking into them and was kinda confused. I kinda an universal one with Naomi setup. Thought I ask since ya was in Japan.
I wish I could help you there but unfortunately I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to arcade cabs and the like. My buddy MrDude206 could probably answer your question for you though.
Wow, this game looks great! Is it two players? I'm currently picking up co-op shmups on the Dreamcast for my collection and to showcase on my channel. I'd love to see a review of Mars Matrix, it's one of my favs.
PowerUpJay Unfortunately this is only a one player game, it's only short coming really, otherwise it fantastic.I may very well review Mars Matrix now, thanks!
Love your vids! Could you do a vid on 2D fighters on ps3 that might be Japan exclusives? I play guilty gear, blazblue, and arcana hearts, didn't know if any other good fighter are out there?
Unfortunately I have very few games for the PS3, I believe the only Japan exclusive fighter I have for it is JoJo's Bizzarre Adventure All Star Battle. Aside from that, all you really need are those great fighters made by Arc that you just mentioned.

Wow i would have never thought to look there. Thanks for the heads up

Dreamcast has great shooting games. Next do Zero Gunner 2!
If only I had Zero Gunner 2. I've got plenty of other great DC shooters and I'll definitely be reviewing some of them in the coming months.
amazing looking game!
It's still thinking
