Best line of the day: "Ive never been called a wanker by a Nigerian."
Yeah I had a pretty big chuckle about that one lol
Dave's young, there's still time.
😂
Bucket list.😂
I like how since the rest of the Griffin's are British then Stewie is like a redneck from Alabama, since he's usually got the British accent as the baby lol. It's the subtleties like that that I really appreciate about Family Guy.
I didnt even notice that thanks lmao.
raise that bar 🤣
That heavy southern accent is actually directly influenced by British settlers, it was what the British accent sounds like when slowed down and emphasis putt on different words
Brian being an horse was the funniest part of that segment, for me.
But notice his Alabama accent is overly strong and unrealistic just like his British accent. Theyre self aware and funny
I think Mike is referring to Arnold Wanker, a character from the 1970s and '80s American sitcom, Mork and Mindy.
I think Mike thinks about "Married with Children".
@@pandzida98765 mind blowing.
That could be it. I thought maybe he was confusing it with Boner from Growing Pains, but that one is hilarious in America too.
@pandzida98765 you're certainly right, Peggy Bundy's maiden name is Wanker & she originally comes from Wanker County, Wisconsin where every resident's related to one another
Married With Children had a character named Peggy Wanker, but the married Al, & became Peg Bundy. You should do some reaction videos to that show, it is pure comedy gold!
Beavis and Butthead are the true pioneers of reaction videos.

Ya’ll struggled through this one, haha!!!
As a US citizen how can you not love the UK? They held out during the blitz essentially by themselves. They brew some great beers, The Beatles, The Stones, Cream, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page, The Who, The Faces, Humble Pie, and many more. Shepard's Pie, Fish and Chips, tea, well, never mind on the tea, Magna Carta, Shakepeare, Trollope, Dickens, Austen, Monty Python, Peter Sellers, and on and on. Have no doubt brothers across the pond, we love yinz over here.
Look at that... A yinzer in the wild!
You get bad teeth, we get we are all fat in the U.S Its not that a big deal
You got to be able to laugh at yourself.
Yea, we get fat, dumb, loud, and crazy from them.
They get bad teeth and soft more than anything from us.
@@beanscollections2020Soft? The brits? Come on bro you don't really believe that 😂
@@Yung_Mango I was just listing common stereotypes. Hense the slap fight scene and "gay bar" joke. I think it stems from the US mostly getting "posh" English media which seems very soft compared to blue collar people.
I watched a video once, I believe it was Anthony Bourdain, said that the only good food in England is French cuisine, and that authentic English cuisine isn’t good (his words, not mine). He was joking with a famous English chef so it was all in good fun
Well, at least he doesn't have to eat English food anymore.
my friends and I used to do that throat clearing gag in choir class 😂5:30 the sheet music was perfect for holding like a newspaper
I’ve only been to London, and I can say I had no complaints with the food. In fact I had the best Indian food of my life there. And I’ve travelled all across India.
That's because it's sanitary. I have 3 friends who have gotten food poisoning from street food in India.
@@willvr4 i was sick 14-16 days I was there, and we didn’t eat any street food (because we were warned), we were also very selective where we ate and what we drank and it still didn’t matter.
Just came back from England 2mo ago and the food was horrible! Absolutely no seasoning but gotta say yes they do excel in Indian cuisine. But everything else was a no. Ended up spending the whole month on toasts and got chocolate
@@myralemgi sorry to hear that. I actually had a weird experience when I asked a cab driver in London to recommend a restaurant w/ traditional British cuisine. And he kinda looked at me like I was strange and asked me, “what do you mean? We don’t really have that here. We don’t really have a traditional cuisine.” After that I was confused. Lol. But I was lucky because I stayed in Camden that was close to a farmers market that had booths with lunch deals from EVERYWHERE all throughout Europe. I tried food from a Scottish booth that was Paleo and delicious, Paella from a booth from Spain, etc. So maybe I was spoiled. Sorry Vegans, but I even tried a Camel burger (that was delicious) there at an exotic meat burger stand. 🤷🏾♂️
I like the Terry Thomas character. They do say Wanker but depends on the person, and that was a very funny to the bone sketch. Family guy always calls things as it is!
I LOVE this channel, keep up the great work guys, you're all hilarious!!
Thanks!
10:05 Wanker was Peggy Bundy’s maiden name on Married With Children. Her hometown was also called Wanker County.
The first reactors to videos where Beavis and Butthead. That's where the idea came from
It was done before them as well. There have been horror movie host going back decades. There was Mystery theater 3000 that reacted to full movies, it came out 5 years before bevis and butthead.
09:56 The use of the name 'Wanker' was the surname of the neighbours of the Bundy family of the sitcom Married with Children.
It was Peg's maiden name
@@dismothafuka405I think it got changed on the UK broadcasts because it's too vulgar but could be wrong.
She was also from wanker county.
No, the neighbors were Steve and Marcy Rhoads and then Jefferson and Marcy D'Arcy.
@@JWH66You are correct. Mr. Wanker is from Mork and Mindy and was their neighbor.
"Food, teeth, how we won the war", and "crappy sex" 🤣
Seth's appearances on Graham Norton are pure gold too. If you haven't reacted to those yet you should.
With the amount of British content I consume I feel like little shit you guys say shouldn’t make me laugh as much as it does. When you guys were discussing if Americans say wanker here, and Mike goes “Jerkoff, of course it is.” Had me dying
I love when they say "Are you fawkin mad!?" especially when they angry.
Jerkoff, yes, quite right.
lol
the US loves you guys. alot
I love how our countries always poke each other
Like brothers do!!!
Would be funnier if they branched out from just stereotypes of 1970's Londoners. It's like the rest of England doesn't exist to America.
I think they make a lot of their stereotypes centered around posh sounding English people because that’s what popularized by other cultures
Yeah it’s ridiculous how they think we are all posh
I want to see the British roast us Americans the same way. I love to see parodies of our national culture.
they do... Americans probably get roasted more than most places
@@teresa2845 Yes, I know. But I haven't seen it. Hence, my comment.
Some of our best sitcoms in the US were inspired by British shows, Steptoe and Son became Sanford and Son. till Death do us part became All in the Family.
Three's Company, too! 🎶🤣
Loved this 😂 Thanks guys!
@office blokes react
Love your reactions, tell Mike it was Peggy Bundy’s maiden name- Wanker
I’m from The States just outside of Washington DC and the accents I heard the most were either Cockney or posh. So it’s nice to see videos and movies/TV shows from people all over Britain and hear the different accents.
The thing is Americans actually love British people more than any other nationality, but yeah, if you guys make fun of us we will go all in with the shit talk. It's all love
The reaction format predates UA-cam by many years. It started with the show Mystery Science Theater 3000 that started in 1988 reacting to old movies, and gained more popularity with Beavis and Butthead's music video reactions. There is a limited argument that it started even decades earlier with the comedic interjections of Vampira's late-night horror shows, and then Elvira's copy of her format.
Yes! MST3K was a show that went all-in when it came to reactions.
Also Svengoolie
Office Bloke Mike has a bad habit of gesturing with his right hand (timestamp 9:55 for example) where he ends up giving the camera the middle finger. I've noticed it in a couple of other videos too. I don't think he knows he's doing it. LOL
I don't remember a tv character named "Wanker" but on the tv show "Married With Children" Peggy's family is from Wanker County. Maybe that's what Mike is referring to?
The top of OB Mikes chair, makes it look like he has midlife crisis long hair 😅
Great analysis guys! Spot on😎✌️🇺🇸
On the show "Married... with Children" the wife, Peggy Bundy's maiden name is Wanker
As an American, I’d say the making fun majority comes from Brits making fun of us more. And when we dish it, they get all snobby about it. We get it…We’re all “dumb, fat, war hungry Americans” (speaking of dated)… But anyway, all in good fun. We make fun of each other. West coast vs East. South/North. Hell, I live in Texas where we rail people from different parts of the state.
I love GB,UK, you guys have given us so much…Great music, tremendous actors, loyal allies. I grew up as a young lad with watching Benny Hill skits thanks to my dad and older brother.
All love!
Prince Charlie "The Wanker"! A befitting name
The Brits have the best insults.
I love these reactions 👍
there are medications for gout... it is caused by high level of uric acid from red meat and as Daz said rich foods, lack of exercise, too much alsohol and penis envy
Mork and mindy there was a character called Mr wanker
4:04 was altered, it's originally "Winston, drunk again I see.. Winston: yeah? well you're a C***" brits love this word so shame I had to censor.
I never heard of a sitcom character named “Wanker”, but Growing Pains had one named “Boner”.
Gout is a build-up of uric acid in the feet and toes. from what i understand, it's excruciating.
8:10 For those unfamiliar of Peter and the Giant Chicken fights
The comedy show Mork & Mindy featured a character named Mr. Wanker who was Mindy's landlord.
WE AMERICANS LOVE THE QUEEN!!!👸👸👸and love Charles, too!!!🤴🤴🤴🤴
Peggy Bundy from Married with Children was from Wanker County.
Family guy rips on us Southerners in a similar manner, or probably worse than they rip on the Brits.
People often say, "No one is safe in Family Guy". But that's not really true. They don't exactly rip on themselves to the same degree. Especially nowadays.
10:01 - Mike thinks about "Married with Children". Al Bundy's wife had the last name "Wanker" before she got married.
Nope he's referring to Mork & Mindy. Their neighbor's name was Mr. Wanker.
British. Jokes. Reactions. That's, like, three things.
British. Love you guys!
10:03 you're probably referring to ted lasso? he gets called wanker a lot.
I believe that hamburger was created by German immigrants from Hamburg. So it’s a USA thing.
The "Peaky Blinders" music is Nick Cave
Seeing this reminded me of the Peter vs Eddie the Chicken fights. Those are over the top greatness. I know they did at least three. Worth reacting to.
Omg that last clip with the queen killed me!
that was the best one,in my op.
You guys are awesome.
From, an American.
2:24 -- that's "Red Right Hand" by Nick Cave. HIGHLY recommend.
Great stuff guys. TY Twat!
I bet Mike is thinking of Peggy Bundy’s maiden name…, on Married With Children… I think her maiden name was Peggy Wanker.
British cuisine has improved in the last 20 years but yall are in denial if you think that joke is outdated
Fish and chips are a thing here in Southern California, but I'm sure they're not as good as in the UK lol
I'm English, I've lived in the US for the past 40 years. I can tell you, America and Canada don't have fish and chips. I gave up trying to find them 30 years ago. I once had fish and chips at a restaurant in Canada, I didn't understand what they gave me. I even asked the waiter what the meal was?
Chicago Joe here... Did you guys watch Benny Hill as kids?
To be fair, Family Guy is ridiculously hyperbolic and over the top about everything and everyone.
Woof! The one with the tunnel.
The tv show with Wanker is believe it or not Married With Children. Al Bundy’s wife, her maiden name was Margaret Wanker
Classic British gags
Its very funny when people try to guess what jokes will be made in compilations of shows like Family Guy and South Park because often it'll be wrong showing me the jokes will catch them off guard. Like this one for example, alot of these jokes had nothing to do with bad teeth despite it being a common character design nor was there criticism of how uk food is prepared. Im sure they have made fun of the teeth aspect once at some point in the 21 seasons they've been on (however i can't recall any bit or cutaway ridiculing uk food in any way by either shows) but its such an obvious and glaring joke to make that they scarcely take advantage of it. Its to maintain some element of surprise in a shows that are 100% jokes criticizing everything including themselves. I am always glad to see more reactions to family guy.
You're thinking of Peggy Bundy's maiden name 'Peggy Wanker', on Married with children. Fantastic show.
5:16, its the office blokes club... I love a nice batter dip cod with fresh lemon juice... mmmm
One guy, an English guy, who was a big supporter of the monarchy said that the monarch doesn't dare live anywhere else but Buckingham Palace since that would underline the irrelevancy of it all. That's one of the most English lines I've ever heard. It's irrelevant, we just don't want to draw attention to that fact. :)
10:10
There's an animated show from the 1990s called- the Animaniacs. It stares three black puppies named Yacko, Whacko, and Dot.
w@nker has the same meaning here as in the UK. We just don't use it.
Peggy Bundy in "Married With Children" maiden name was Wanker.
Ohhhhh yessss !!!! Some good content !!!!!
Mr wanker was a character from an episode of Mork and Mandy
Like when South Park does Canada 🇨🇦… they pretty much nail it!
You’ll have to excuse my southern neighbours, they’re good people. They don’t know (weren’t taught) any better
British comedy & British music is as good as it gets.
I watched the movie Angela’s ashes, about the Author Frank McCourt growing up poor in linerick Ireland and one of his friends charging a shilling for the three of them to climb up a pole and look at his naked sister changing, and the boy shouting, no wanking! to McCourt and his buddy when they started jerking off, until the pole broke and the boys fell, the offending brother being caught in the act, while his customers made a clean getaway. 😂
As an American i fucking love fish and chips 😂
10:00 Happy Days - Arnold Wanker
Homer Simpson was apologizing to the queeen, and he said "sure we've not as well behaved as our younger brother Canada... who's never had a girlfriend... just sayin." Most Americans are very self aware of our spot in the world. Its good to see you guys can take a damn joke too. Two countries seperated by a common language, and a lot of fish.
No one's got the words joke about "row house" sounding like "Roadhouse" the film of Patrick Swayze that Peter loves so much?!
I haven't seen Benny Hill in ages.
Most of the things that you’re seeing, are just an overblown fiction of British people. I’ve personally met many people from England and none of them had bad teeth for example.
It's harder these days to make new stereotypes, because young people in most countries are basically the same bellends.
5:17 BTS of the Office Blokes
The food in England is some of the best in the world now
Don’t take it personal boys, it’s all for fun.
8:02 seems like they dont know the chicken fights because that is a reference to it
- The only British idiom I know is that fag means cigarette
- Well someone tell this cigarette to shut up
Omg lmao
Did he say cinco de Mayo, July 4? 😂😂😂
British. Keep up the awesome content guys. One pound fifty lol.
I want that shirt! LOL British!
It's all in good fun
Our roasting of the English is just soft joking. We aren’t really trying to hurt anyone’s pride.
I hope not 😒
I say, mates. Peter's gonna bloody well take your jobs he is. One pound fifty!
BRITISH! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
I've never seen a British "food" restaurant in the U.S. We have a Chinese restaurant on every block. Tons of Mexican, Japanese, Italian, French, etc. - - Why no British?
9:58 Mike mentions Wanker in a U.S. show. Could he be thinking of Peg Bundy from Wanker county?
We don't use "Wanker" here. That's why Ted Lasso didn't know his nickname was an insult. Mike may be thinking of show called "Family Ties" back in the 80's where the friend of Michael J. Fox's character was named "Boner."
