Would love to hear Clint’s thoughts on lapping the upper receiver and bedding the barrel with loctite?

Ballistic Advantage my wife isn’t a gun person and she loves your videos. She shares Sarah’s love of fall as well.

While I do prefer DI vs short stroke pistons, I think PWS long stroke pistons are awesome!!! All of my DI AR’s I use BA barrels and have found the guns shoot smoother than other DI barrels wether it is carbine or mid-length.
I have built 2 guns using the exact same parts with the difference being the barrels. Then I let several people of various skill levels shoot them side by side. Everyone said they prefer the gun with the BA barrel!!!
And so you know I’ve swamped barrels brands on the 2nd gun several times, and people always pick the BA gun as being “better”, “smoother”, “ more accurate”!!!
So I’m completely sold BA Hanson barrels!!! Thank you guys for your great products and videos.

When will the BA (Aero) Version Handguard/Rail Systems be released, and will they have MLOK at all 7 positions?

Great video this week! I've often wondered about piston systems...never used one on an AR, so thanks for the answer to that Clint. I'm in between AR builds, still thinking of which direction to go next time.

Will we ever see a 6.8spc chambered barrel offered by BA? I'd love to hear Clints thoughts on the cartridge, and whether an offering by BA could help to reignite interest in such a versatile round.
PS. I live in northern Wisconsin and would like to let Sarah know that the leaves are already in full swing of their fall color change!

Question: I've been running a 16" pinned FSB government Modern Series on one of my primary rifles. For quite some time, a BE Meyers 249F has been living on the barrel. I'm entertaining the idea of chopping to 13.7 for a pin/config. Would I need to get the gas port opened up for reliable function - are there any special considerations that I need to have?

Love the new set and Sarah's Ferries Shirt. Fits right in out here in Western Washington. My question is this, " once I get a sub MOA Hanson Barrel what is the best way to break it in, what causes the need to break it in, and what method does Client recommend I use? Also does it meter with suppressor on or off during the break in process? Keep these videos coming😊😊
