We don’t just call it breakfast. We call it a “full English”. We just have standard breakfast food like toast or cereal, but on occasions we go for a “full English” (often used for hangovers 😂). We have cafes called “greasy spoons” where you always get a full English and lots of unhealthy fried breakfast food 😅
