Dimples!!!!! I’ve never done Cornershop cause it hasn’t been available in Florida or North Carolina where we currently reside. All these gig companies are basically low balling

@@DimplesonDemand hey dimples. i recently started doing grubhub in manhattan, and i must say that the pay is great. they give me trips that are going 5 blocks and pay me 11.00. and i know that is awesome. ofcourse i am on a bike and the grubhuh customers seem to tip better than the uber eats customers.
Grubhub definitely pays the most! I’m glad is working out for you.
I didn't get an email about the changes. They still have multipliers here in Chicago but they are a lot less and less often. I haven't been doing any grocery apps. None of them are worth it to me right now. I am just doing food delivery.
They probably realized they were paying us too much out here 🤣🤣

I been doing over a year now and there is a drastically different in pay
Yall can hate on all these apps but I'm bringing in $300+ a day multi apping. If you're a hustler you make it happen by any means.
So the only thing I noticed is that I don’t get as many multipliers anymore, but they haven’t sent anything out saying that they actually lowered the pay, yet. The multipliers make a huge difference and usually I don’t accept orders unless they have them.
The multipliers were the best part of Cornershop.
I only get them once in a while now, usually on small orders that wouldn’t be worth doing otherwise
Fuel bonus is added every few days to your revenue. Just look at the bottom of your revenue summary occasionally you will see it there, it's easy to miss but you are getting paid.
I’ve only received the fuel bonus once since they introduced it. I was starting to believe it was a joke. Lol 😆

I literally stopped doing corner shop when I moved out of Montclair. I moved further into Jersey so the pay is not worth it for me to drive 45 mins plus to Montclair/Jersey city. Especially since I hardly see multipliers anymore. Probably only see them on the weekends when they are trying to get people out.

@@DimplesonDemand we probably were lol. Started a family and got our house so it’s a nice adjustment. Not as busy as Montclair so I don’t mind it. But definitely travel back for food over there though 😂😂😂

cornershop is owned by uber eats. and uber eats has been lowering their pay rates lately. i see payouts of 2.50 with uber eats. who wants to do a trip for 2.50?
They want us to work for free.

I've seen 7.40 orders for 30 items on Instacart though. And a few seconds someone takes it 😅😅😅

So I just received an email from CS that at the end of July in the Philly zone, I have to sign-up for Uber Eats to continue shopping for CS. Have you received the same for NJ/NY zone?
That’s interesting. I have not received that email. But on the other hand I am on both platforms.
@@DimplesonDemand So then it will be easier for you. When they make the change in your zone you only need to log into uber eats and you are all set. I have to sign up for uber eats and get their payment card in order to continue with the shopping.

Cornershop flat out cheated me out of $7 today. They showed one rate and after the delivery I was paid another rate. Cornershop requires too much data input and if they go down on the pay no one will have the patience to put up with entering quantity, price and bar code number for the product. I feel like it's not worth in now to do all the work but I put up with it because of the better pay. If they reduce the pay, I am out because I am literally holding on to them by a thread.
Well said. There is far to much data entry for me. When I scan an item and it prompts me to input information, I put it right back on the shelf and mark it as unavailable.
They are moving in the direction of Instacart. The other day I accepted a order for $39 for 15 items from Costco. I found every item except one - which were a box of lays classic variety. When i swiped delivered, I only received $28. I emailed them and they gave me their scripted message. I have not done a order since

I don’t do corner shops because it’s not in my city but I knew this was coming because Instacart is so trash Tornashop probably doesn’t feel like it has to pay that much for people to do the work just like Instacart

I definitely wouldn't leave my full time job either.I only made less than $10 dollars doing Door Dash.I tried Corner shop too.The order ended up being canceled because the store didn't have 1 of the items.I tried an alternative, and the app wouldn't let me pick it out.I tried over and over.The Soms take forever to respond.This was my second order with them.Frustrating day.
The app itself if antiquated and time consuming. It definitely gets annoying.
Hi thanks for sharing these videos. I usually do gig work from dd, grubhub, ue etc etc and recently I signed up for cornershop. I didn't really get them. It seems a bit extreme with having their bags all the time. They never sent it with my welcome pack. So I had to wait. I'm so used to calling cs but from my recollection they only have email contact. I don't really understand when I turn the app on I get offers but it's nowhere near where I live at. Do they not go off gps and nearest location?
They do go off of GPS, but it’s not 100% accurate. I get offers as well that are 15+ miles away.
@@DimplesonDemand I don't really understand how they operate to be completely honest 😕. So everything has to go in a cornerhsop bag how would Costco items go? I'm a regular Costco shopper and I usually use boxes. I live in Texas and cornershop uses different grocery stores. I was even told I can buy cornershop bags at the stores. I am so confused on the process. I should receive my bags tomorrow but to be very honest I don't even know if it's worth all of the hassle when I think about it. Lol
I rarely use the bags. I have bags from when I first started going to shop, and they sent me out a new box of bags. I use them when I have a small order.
@@DimplesonDemand when I asked them why I didn't receive any bags for when I signed up. They told me to buy bags at the store 😒 then I was told after 5 shops and buying bags I would receive my 1st order. Just recently I was told to just order them and that's what I did, tbh I wasn't comfortable enough to buy their bags or even go through the hassle. Thankyou for replying.
