Quick and Easy Pholourie Recipe

In this video I am sharing my pholourie recipe. Pholourie is one of the popular street foods in Trinidad.It is enjoyed by many in the Caribbean. My pholourie will be accompanied by some curried channa(chickpeas) and some mango tamarind sauce.

Ingredients
4 cups flour
3 teaspoons yeast
3 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup water
oil for deep frying
Condiments-Curried channa (chick peas),mango tamarind sauce,pepper sauce
You can also use mango chutney.
