We've gone to see these model homes. Really nice homes on huge lots, but the neighborhood is truly in the middle of nowhere. It's about a 30 minute drive (on country roads) to a grocery store, restaurants, etc..
The last house is nice, but I love the pet bath in the other one better. Too bad that one isn't available. I love the 48" gas stove too.
Love watching! How about showing some places for us older folks where schools are not an issue...more one stories. Thanks for all you do!! BTW, we will be locating there from Naples fl in the next few years.
Love the layout only thing you have to remember with those windows even double pane it's going to get exta spicy in those rooms when the Texas Heat hits it's 100+ degrees...:(

A Large Added grilling station for outdoor patio on a much needed extended porch and Outdoor fans definitely needed for hot days. A detailed infinity pool with lighting details and a fir pit and seating for campfire time. Add a a Delivery Station Entry to get Home Delivery 🚚 📦Drop Offs. Driving to Houston Texas Daily would be crazy…Most people want to make the home space and land useable in every season.. Last thing… better have Hospital and Medical Center closer than 40 minutes away. Thank You ❤

Big houses with land are so hard to find!
I loved the modern farmhouse (house #2) with the exception of the primary bedroom. Compared to the rest of the home the primary bedroom was too small. There was also a lot of space that will most likely go unused such as that oversized dinning room. Beautiful home though! I really like the flow and design of house #3. ❤

I prefer a small hallway to the primary bath rather than opening up into the bedroom. In Waller, are you required to have the farm fences? I like more privacy than that. Are you prevented from putting up a privacy fence?

I lived in Bridgeland from 2010-2014. I sold my house because I was single and wanted to be closer to work. After flooding twice and getting married, I’m looking to move back out of town. This is exactly what I’m looking for, but my wife is from a small town and hates small town living.
It's not small town living at lakeview just very far away living.
You can get houses like this in California for these prices, just the same, if you want to live in the middle of nowhere.
Most of these areas are being built up, it won’t be in the middle of nowhere for too long.

Cannot understand why none of the homes have a steam shower. It costs prob no more than $2-3K and is a wonderful feature to differentiate the home from all the other cookie cutter places.
Probably because it’s TEXAS. 🤣 You get a free sauna treatment every time you step outside during the summer months.
I Love these homes. I just can't get with the no trees and wildly flat land. Also, why not push the houses back deeper into the lot's for more privacy?
