- Isaiah Sharkey closes out the show with his incredible cover of Can't Hide Love. Fun fact, you probably know this as an Earth, Wind & Fire song, but it was first recorded as "You Can't Hide Love" by Creative Source, and was written by Skip Scarborough who also penned "Lovely Day" with Bill Withers.
Personnel:
Guitar: @isaiahsharkey

What a great song and played fantastic!
It’s such a great song which u can fill with joy and soul quite easily. D‘Angelos version impressed the most I‘d say
Sharkey toured and recorded with D'Angelo too, I wonder if they played this together
Awesome rendition!

Good stuff.
Top🎸🎤🥁🤪🤪👍👏
You can tell he really studied the intonations of Maurice
Wow very nice! Samuel l. Jackson on sax!
What ever happened to Maurice white?
He passed away in Los Angelos several years ago.
Died years ago. Had to stop performing because of Parkinson’s. Phillip Bailey took over all vocals after he retired.
like almost 7 years ago - it was 2016
Who on bass
Maurice Fitzgerald was the bassist for this show
@@NYCJazzFan what an amazing display of musicianship here across the bandstand WOW...and that bass is SLAMMIN
Solala😂
Wont win a price with that
wow, this is hard.... it doesn't come close however. Sorry Isaiah.
Drummer needs to sit back on beat!!!
Hard out. Waaay back
@@poerava Ok at start then speeds up and overplays. ua-cam.com/video/e_Q5ub4dk20/v-deo.html
Nande??? What did he do wrong? Lol. He seemed to hold the pocket down well. And he did his fills and such but it didn't seem to be so bad that it messed up the whole song (at least to me).
These attempts are always disappointing. The horns start out just perfect. But then another interpretation of Maurice White leaves you cold.
what are you talking about, this is anything but disappointing
yea man, what kind of disappointing you talking about? the only disappointing thing is it leaves yo wanting for more!
@@sandrosadhukhan Perhaps you misunderstand me. White was a glorious vocalist and I experienced the band in my youth. There is no doubt that these gentlemen are talented and capable.
@tapilaha
Thank you, that's the same way I feel. Who could not love hearing them performing an Earth, Wind and Fire song. I believe they performed perfectly. 🎉 ❤ 🥰😍🤩😘
