Quick note! I didn't realize that I hadn't mentioned the "City of Thieving" in the video. The City is Evermore, in Bangkorai. It's a small shop called "The Slippery Scales Armory," and is to your left as soon as you enter the main gates of the city.

How do you assassinate people in eso I mean killing them from behind.
+Ink to assassinate people silently and quickly i reccomend the weapom "blade of woe" aka the weapon astrid provides you with in the quest when the sanctuary is attacked and many die including her, from the old skyrim of course, the blade of woe on ESO is great for taking down npc's sadly it doesnt work on real players but most npc's are a victim to this ability but you need the brotherhood dlc :P

It doesn’t increase the skill a lot HOWEVER, you can quit game and relog and the loot respawns. So you can do what i pretty much did

Well damn it (Please allow me to apologize for the language as I came to a messed up realization, just now), steal armor then deconstruct !!! Um, yesterday I stole some stuff then went and got it cleaned at a Refuge. At least I know to steal armor then deconstruct it - and I know of some areas in Stonefalls that I can steal some equipment from. Thanks for the tip. Been trying to figure out how to get that done.

+Ryu Belmont Yeah, the game has changed... a LOT since I did this build XD haha, well, I might be making a new assassin build in the future, this one will be a LOT different, and about 1047 times better! yup, Medium armor is the way to go for assassins now :)
