I would actually cook everything together, except the yogurt and the peas of course… Would add the peas and cook them about six or eight minutes at the end.Then when it would cool down, I would add the yogurt.
Food is more delicious this way, it would cook with all the chicken’s juices…
Oh, I forgot to mention, it’s better if you grind your eggshell in a clean coffee grinder, so it will become a powder.

Some says use no milk,cheese or Garlic others say it's ok which which is which
