Thank you this was inspiring work for 5k!! Neil mentioned the Hill Session that made this not such a shock Anaerobically would be nice to show a complete hill w/o
Could somebody explain why they do 1k reps @ threshold before and after the main set? Whats the physiological benefit of these k reps? Pretty interesting method i think
@@kallumwright4139 Yeah, that's right. Gourley explained it a bit in the video too. I fell like it also just makes you feel smoother and more comfortable in the first rep.
Yet another group which won't run outside of lane 1. I guess they don't know about the staggers. There are starting lines in every lane for 200 and 400. Very few pro coaches seem to be aware of this.
Let’s goo been a long time it feels like since a workout video with a world-class athlete
This
I have been waiting too
Neil Gourley looks smooth. All arms and legs. Perfect runner’s build.
That’s just an awesome video of a really fierce workout. Still picking my jaw back up from the floor 😂
One of the best sweat elite videos I've seen and def the best in awhile
the entier group looks like they're ready to do some big things this season. Very exciting! Thanks for bringing us along

Like the new Sweat Elite content but these videos will always be the best. Looking forward to the Cam Levins one
Nice and friendly session. Crazy to see so many top runners running on the same track at the same time
Mystery runners are Abdi Nur, Luis Grijalva l, and Woody Kincaid.
Great motivation, I am going to implement it to my schedule, thank you

Can't wait for the Cam Levins video!!
THE real question is.
Will he pull the Jake Wightman against Jakob in Budapest? his kick is great
Cool session
Bloody infectious video 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Man makes a 24sec 200m look smooth...
Nice cameo by mike smith elite
Awesome video.
good job for the runner with the camera on the right :D
Neil is a top lad
Meanwhile Jacob is doing the regular 25x400, monitoring his lactate like a machine
abd still jakob will run 3:27 :)
tbh don´t fix what´s not broken
In an interview he mentioned that the key is making the transition from threshold work to race specific pace in the run-up to big races.

Heard it on another podcast today that it's a good primer before to avoid a big lactate spike on the first few reps and then a lactate flush after

10:56 that’s the fastest looking 1:56 400 I’ve ever seen.
🤯
Should’ve recorded woody Luis and abdi
ridiculous concentration of world class 5000/1500m runners on some random track in AZ
First subscribers 🎉❤
Cameraman looks like he's training to be on Maury
What are the rest intervals for the 600,400 and 200?
2:30
Some of these guys are not sub 13 minute 5km runners
The partnership section needs a quick skip option
Just skip ahead if you don't want to watch? The partnerships help keep the channel alive
