Can you move the syringe’s plunger move with a motor?
If you want a pressure pot for 20psi casting, you can hook this up to a pike pump instead. (Don't use a glass jar though. use a twist n lock ziplock container, or a plastic pretzel jar)

You could use a motor arrangement like your small compressor and run it off a battery saving arm ache.
Does it only work with a bicycle valve? can not work with motorcycle camera valve too
I am going to use a presure glass jar, the glass can break for the vacuum?

Haaa, i just saw XiaoQianFeng (a Chinese artist) use a very similar device to evacuate her resin; so i went searching whether someone had made something similar before and what i need to make one, and yours comes closest. This is exactly what i need, and the parts are everything i already have or can get nearby! Well illustrated and clear too. This is perfect, thank you.
One question though, the tube, is PE, vinyl or silicone, and 4mm inner diameter or 4mm outer diameter? I have... 2mm inner/ 5mm outer PTFE tube, 2mm inner/5.5mm outer silicone tube, and 5mm imner/8.5mm outer vinyl tube. I think other than PTFE, the tube i have might collapse in from vacuum.

If you use one more valve and connect the tube to it, it will be the jar that you can keep in the freezer to preserve some kind of food for long time.

You can easily get down to under 0.1 atmosphere. If you get the seals right and vastly shorten the tube 0.05 is possible. Easily enough for vacuum printing etc. To get really low vacuums you need something like a mercury pump. Those are relatively easy to make and you can get what would be considered a reasonable vacuum for scientific use. Cody from Cody's lab made a decent one and demonstrated how it was made, the vid is available on his channel.

I've just been to a bicycle shop and they don't sell them. My hardware store doesn't sell them either. And I can't find them on ebay. Any ideas where to buy them??
