Most definitely will be going to the Philippines for the first time later this year and will be staying at that hotel🏆 only thing i don’t like is it doesn’t have a rooftop swimming pool. But that’s fine
Great question. It’s actually both, the properties are joined together but have separate lobbies and rooms etc. Raffles has some of its classic touches such as the Long Bar etc also
Hey, you're here! Hope you enjoyed Manila. Hotels here though are rather overpriced in my opinion. I don't know why but I could easily get a decent hotel room from large brands for $100 in neighboring countries like in KL or Bangkok and $200 for St. Regis if I'm feeling fancy but in Manila that's just your average room in a Shangri-la or Marriott. 🤷🏻♂️
Yeah with you there, by major city standards it’s good value but for sure, when compared to Bangkok or a number of major SE Asia cities it’s an awful lot more. Makati does seem to demand a premium also…
We will be staying there for 5 nights soon and I’m so excited, especially the breakfast buffet
That breakfast buffet really was special, enjoy!
Looks absolutely stunning! No wonder you enjoyed your stay here. Thanks for uploading this video.
Love your productions. Great music (and I found the track: Silent Saunas - "Mandala Dreams"). Nice property, especially for $180/night.
Thanks so much. That’s the one.
Yeah, pricing in the description for those interested 👍

It’s such a fab destination. Pool wise, not rooftop but it is raised a few floors at least :)
Very clean and nice hotel!
Sure was!
Great video!!
Thank you! Hope it was useful 😃
Wow!!!
Is it a Raffles or a Fairmont? Pictures are the same for both hotels but both of the brands make apparition in the internet and street

Good choice
Thank you, one I’d for sure return to!
@@Travelsbydreamer Give Ascott Makati a try. I've tried it and it was really nice
